Adam Young is a guy in his mid-thirties with a dead-end job, no wife or kids. All he has are his soundtracks and his roommates. Just as he's starting to accept his lot in life, he finds a YouTube video by a woman who claims she's discovered the secret to time-travel. Adam finds the possibility too tempting to ignore, but with time-travel comes important rules ... rules he finds difficult to follow.
I've been writing since middle school. First it was short stories, and then movie scripts, and now it's novels. I've even turned some of my scripts into books because I'm not much of a filmmaker. I recently hit the big 30 and decided it was time to publish some of my work.
I would love to hear from others about what they think. I published my first book, "The Devil's Demeanor," on May 26th and have many more planned in the future.
From the plot, to the characters, to the storyline, to the scene settings, and to the special ending; I thought everything was outstanding. Quite an engaging and enjoyable read. I went to see if there was more in the series; but alas there was not.
The story kept you wondering what the truth was. Not really predictable but I had a lot of guesses, which none were correct. A page turner because I wanted to know the answers. Had a couple of "oh come on...really?!?" moments. That ending though!!!
I really liked this offbeat story. A man travels in time to see things he made himself forget. I wish it had a second book. It has a ton of potential for more.
Crying in Dreams is a fast paced story, with a lot of twists and turns, about a young man ,Adam, with demons in his past.He discovers a secret that offers an answer. Starting with finding out time travel.is real. After several forays into time, whole new worlds open that Adam hadn't known. A fast paced good read.
