I was so Intrigued by the sub title of this book - a manifesto for the arts, agriculture and natural wine - I wondered what threads the author would weave to connect these topics. While certainly knowledgeable, his writing is convoluted and grotesquely pseudo-academic so reading the book turned out to be much less enjoyable that I had hoped.

I quit after the first four or five chapters. Was never absolutely certain this was not intended as parody.
