I was incredibly impressed with this book. Many times, with number books, theres not a lot going on and children quickly throw it to the wayside out of boredom. Counting to 100 can seem like a pretty big task to kiddos, but this book makes each page fun and exciting. Each page goes up ten numbers, but each page also includes many other fun questions to ask your little one. Work on colors with quetions like, "Where is the blue bird?". Do a search and find with questions like, "Find one hiding rabbit." Work on fine motor skills with questions like "These anchor lines are tangled. Can you follow each one to it's ship?". Work on animal noises and identification with questions like, "What animal made these tracks?". The colors and scenes are beutiful, and include scenescapes like a forest, community park, the ocean, thirty colorful umbrellas in the rain, a sheep pasture, a vegetable garden, a sunflower patch, a winter snow, and a button box. The book is VERY sturdy, and the one-year-old I gifted it to will be able to enjoy it for a long time. Mom doesn't have to worry about her little one tearing pages, as this board book could probably even hold up to some bite marks. Overall, this is a great book that any little one could enjoy.

This was a Goodreads Giveaways win. It is a large board book suitable for your preschool to lower grade child--with lot of things to discover and count. A charming way to spend a fun afternoon with a little one.

Such a gun book for the kids! We have been using it with our homeschool lessons. My daughter loves flipping the pages and seeing what brightly colored items she gets to count next.
