YAAASSSS QUEENS! Kira, Amber and Brie... kicking arse and taking names, I loved it. Bit slow in Brie's parts but I suppose emphasising the control the Overseer had on her was vital to the plot. I just wished she'd kicked his freaky arse earlier... the dude was eww.
NOTE: This is the first time I've read a book in a series without reading the previous books first and my OCD's letting me know it ain't happy.

I really wish I was one of those people who write those epic reviews of books because this book...no, this entire series, is so deserving of a review much better than any I could ever write. This book is the last in the series and ties together the endings of The Enhanced series, the Children of the Prime, as well as The Red Warrior series. It’s very bittersweet for me because I am absolutely in love with each one. TC Edge has such rich character development and writes such a detailed universe that you really bond with each character and their environments. I’m sad to see it come to an end, but am just as excited to see what this author brings us next. If you’ve never read any of his books, I highly encourage you to do so!

I loved this series and was really happy with the ending other than, Ambers final choice. Of course that is just thoughts. I'm so sorry to see this series end!

I love love loved this book! It's a perfect ending to this long series. This is the final book to the 2 parallel stories of Children of the Prime and the Enhanced.
This book is quite long in comparison to the other books in the series, and it was well worth it and a page-turner. I couldn't put it down, and read it too fast for my liking! I wanted to savor it since it was the final book and I'm just not ready to say goodbye to all the characters.
This book is in the POV of all 3 main characters of the 2 series: Brie, Amber, and Kira. The book was VERY exciting and have lots of action sequences, though not too much. There are also emotional parts and sections of self discovery, perfect timing! Overall, best ending I could have expected. I will miss this series greatly and I look forward to reading more from author TC Edge in the future!

This was an excellent conclusion in the Prime series, part of the Enhanced universe. I have the box set so will just say that book eight is worth the wait.
Actually, I bought the Children of the Prime box set first and read through up until the last one (Fate) but realised I should read The Enhanced series first - after doing so, I continued with the four sequels and then finished 'Fate' from the Prime box set. I would advise others to do so because it brings depth and more sense to the story in the end - very satisfying.
The characters fit well into the story and the world-building is terrific. There's plenty of action and descriptive battles. Thoughts and feelings also play a great part in bringing this story alive and believable.
Loved it.
Highly recommended.

Masterful Writing & so much fun!
It is, my habit to wait until I have finished a series before I review it, preferring to review, to body of work as a whole, rather than it's individual parts.
I have to say that this series engaged me more deeply than most others I've raad.
It's got everything I love: action, suspense, intrigue, magic, tactics, weaponry, and very deep relatable characters. I love also that this whole thing was written in the first person, from the perspective, of the character in each chapter.
I'm amazed at how well this male author was able to create such vibrant and real women in addition to the meny men in the Saga
This was very hard to put down once I started, so beware.
If you enjoy this genre and haven't read T. C. Edge, you're missing out!

Toby did an amazing job of bringing this series to it's conclusion. Having POV's from Brie, Kira, and Amber made the ending that much more intriguing. I was afraid that some of the characters were going to be killed or worse. Some characters did die, but I'm my opinion, it was a necessary evil. I did pick up on some hints that the next series could involve the Neoroman. In conclusion, this book is fantastic for the ending of this series. I loved and enjoyed this storyline.

Brie needed a more proper ending.
I loved these books. Yet I started with the story of Brie and I feel that this character fell to the side. Without giving anything away…I was hugely disappointed that she was not given her moment at the end. It all started with her yet we never got a proper ending to her story. She deserves a better ending. I find myself upset how overlooked she became at the ending. She was the one who brought everyone together yet in the end she was forgotten and her character left with many loose ends. She was and is the foundation of these stories yet, in the end she was forgotten.

Fate of the Chosen is the super exciting culmination of several of Edge's series all in one amazing book!
I loved it so much that I am going to go back and re-read all of the books that led up to it.
It's written from the points of view of Brie, Kira and Amber. And it has so many of my favorite characters from the previous books mentioned or actively starring in it, that I was enthralled from the very beginning, straight through to the dramatic end.
A definite nail-biter that any T.C. Edge fans won't want to miss.
I highly recommend it!

Wow! You must read this series!
Truly one of the best series I have ever read. I'm fact, this author should become a teacher and teach people how to write a series that from book 1 till the end, in this case 25, moves and the stories stays fresh and interesting through each book. If you haven't read the other series that he goes into this one you will not be lost, even though he doesn't keep retelling all the stories. If you haven't ready the other series go back and read them! They are excellent and you will still be amazed and will not be able to put them down!

I started with this series... Couldn't put it down and read all 8 books in 4 days. Yes, I saw the author's prologue at the end of every book. I ignored it while downloading the next one as fast as I could. Now that I'm done, I'm starting from the beginning and expect to re-read these!!

Absolutely incredible series !!!
If you enjoy dystopian storylines, then you really will like this one !! This is a culmination from 3 different people's views in this book, and 3 different sections of the series. It is well worth reading all 3 ! Very well written and incredible characters, tons of action, a little romance, of course and constant intrigue !!! All 3 heroines are fierce, loyal, cunning, and each has different powers that aide them in their quests. They are brave, strong, and protective of their people !!! Enjoy !!

Excellent!
Wow! What can I say,an awesome culmination of this series, or should I say, serieses... I cried at times, felt annoyed and dad at others, yet it all came together and ended beautifully. My ONLY gripe is the disparities regard to Alberta leaving O!your originally after being usurped by Elians father. Eli stated that he and his family!y were abandoned at that point, however, that was several decades previously. My issue is that, therefore, Eli could not be a young man, but would be older than Amber's own father. Just a thought...

This series and the related series will turn the pages for you. I recommend you read them in the order they were written.
I’ll post no spoilers and not mention the characters as they’ve become friends and I can not do them justice. Personally I’d love to see these characters come to life on a big screen! The effects would have to be exemplary and a talent cast of actors. I can dream can’t I?

Five hundred pages....and worth every minute. For that matter, 3 months and 25 books if I include the Enhanced, Warrior Race and the second part of Enhanced. Yes, there were quite a few grammatical errors in this book but the plot, drama, characters, battles, emotions...all of this more than makes up for it. I loved this entire series. I loved how it ended. Talk about coming full freakin circle. Wow. TC Edge, you are a freaking genius. Never stop writing. Never doubt yourself.

Consistently excellent descriptions, drawing you into the story, sights sounds and smells, the characters abounding with personality that they feel like old friends. You can get engrossed with the action, caught up in the dangers and feel the pain and sadness of the people who are suffering. The great joy of being in a good book is to lose yourself in the story.
I was truly lost in this epic tale.
I burnt more than 1 dinner.

As I sit here at the end of book 8, and the end of this universe (?) (maybe not the end) I want you to know what a thrilling adventure this has been!!!😁 I have enjoyed reading these books and getting to know each person. It is almost like saying goodbye to good friends! So suffice to say, if you continue on to the walled world, I will be there with you!!!😀

I gave this book 3 stars because it was a slow read for the first third of it. I did like how the author answered all the questions from the series and tied things up nicely at the end.

I did enjoy the series. Just really wished Amber would have ended up with Jude. They went through so much together. Just to have her walk away to be with another. Seemed heartless.

Mr. Edge never ceases to impress me
If I continue reading Mr. Edge's stories about the Enhanced Universe is because each story comes with its own dramatic plot twists, ideas and characters. Never, in the time I've been following his stories, have I been able to predict what will be happen, and definitely this book 6 was not the exemption.
The book started right after Amber was captured by the Havenites. No big deal, since we know already that New Haven is a peaceful and fair city. However, this time Amber finally realizes one thing: She and her Herald companions were wrong all along. She is not what she's been told. Father and Mother are dangerous people, and they have lied to all their children.
Finally, some light illuminates the path of the Children of the Prime, and reality dawns them. Thanks to that, they will form a new allegiance that will have serious consequences. And as they aim for their new target, a new enemy rises! And Amber will not be prepared to face her.

How a merge should be.
First we meet Brie in the The Enhanced, then we follow Kira in The Warrior Race, now we’ve begun a journey with Amber in The Children of the Prime. Now all of their worlds have met up in this edition. A merge. Will there be simple character cameos? Visits to familiar places? NOT HARDLY this is a true merge! All the character are back and are continuing to evolve and form new relationships. The depth of the original stories continues. Hard to put this one down! ENJOY!

Idols with feet of clay
Amber has come a long way from the defiant girl from the fringe. I really like the way the author tells the story of Kira, Amber and Brie, three strong women and their journey od self discovery. They are tough, resilient yet caring, loyal and they fight for what they believe in. I am looking forward to when all three women meet even if it is in the middle of a battle. I cannot wait to see if the truth is brought to Olympus.

Wow, this book is epic! A LOT of action, what a page turner! I love how everything is coming together in this book. Finished reading and wow I really loved this book! Instead of just action, this book also had more love interest and deeper understanding of the Prime's inner workings. Definitely cool and great character development. I'm really excited to find out what will happen next, and what's going on with the mission to rescue Brie!
