When I started reading this book, I wasn't really sure what to expect. I thought it would be a hardcore book about health and fitness. It turns out that it wasn't, it was even better. This is a humorous, easy to read, book about basic health and fitness. This is not necessarily for the hardcore athlete, this is like festivus, it's for the rest of us. As I sat on my back deck drinking cream-filled coffee and eating fresh chocolate chip cookies, I laughed out loud at Shelby's view of 12-ounce curls and how eating all the junk food in your house is not a good diet strategy. By the end of the book, I had put away the cookies and starting air-squatting on the spot. This is a fun book that everyone should read.
