For a 10 week grad course, the readings and licensed exercises are very intense yet easy to follow along. Brett Clay, Ph.D. is a phenomenal instructor and sales guru who takes great care in ensuring students not only learn but are able to quickly apply class concepts in the real world. Each quarter will get its own edition BUT, if you don't mind teaching yourself and skipping the exercises to have this as a reference when negotiating in business settings, it's definitely a bargain.
Highly recommended this tome and the author's book Selling Change.
