Above average textbook. The book is divided into three sections: theory, history, and process & current issues, a fairly effective division. Throughout the book remains fairly unbiased, trying to present the different viewpoints of issues without taking sides. It's a little dry in places, but overall a decent read.

The price is of course absurd: $50+ used on the internet, $70+ used in college book stores, and over $100 new. For a softcover book.
