When the going gets tough, the tough watch Jersey Shore
-no cheating -no ow/om drama -pushing away by heroine -safe- neither with others after meeting -dual virgin -4 month separation - took hero days and his uncles pumping him up before he went after her -no violence of a sexual nature -ok epilogue
I loved how this story started out. No fuss or complications, just two people who meet and immediately click.
The drama followed later. I think both characters were dumb and petulant. Their 3 month separation could've been avoided if they had just communicated. I know, could've, should've, would've, but communication-based problems are the worst.
Hank knew the second he saw Acadia she was the one for him, the woman he'd been waiting for. It doesn't matter that she's younger than him, or that she seems skittish and might be holding something back. He wants forever with her, so they have time to learn everything about each other.
Acadia has fallen for Hank, hard, but she isn't being truthful about who she is. He doesn't even know her real name nor the danger she's hiding from that could find her at any minute.
Will Acadia ever be free? How will Hank react when he learns the truth? What happens when she's forced to return to her old life? Will he fight for her, for them?
One-click now and follow along as two people must conquer obstacles on their way to forever. I have to say, and this is my personal opinion and may not bother some, I wish Hank would have immediately gone after Acadia instead of essentially having to be talked into it. That disappointed me.
**I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.**
4.5 stars Now this is what I'm talking about! Insta-love at it's finest! Meet, screw like rabbits, fall in love, screw like rabbits some more, live happily ever after and screw some more. Woohoo! Yes ma'am, thank you!
-dual virgins -no abuse -no cheating -no OM/OW drama
Great story, great characters. I'm loving these Jorgensen men. The whole series is amazing. Each book is a stand alone and doesn't necessarily have to be read in order but I suggest it.
So get your rear end moving to grab this series. Still need my Sven!!
Loved Hank and Acadia's story so freaking much! This story had twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat but at the end, the roller-coaster ride this story takes you on will definitely be worth it ;)
I loved Hank and Acadia's chemistry and was great seeing the Jorgensen family again too :)
Hank is book six in the Jorgensen series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. I really like Hank. He wants Acadia and he is determined to make her his wife and the mother of his children. I liked Acadia. Acadia also known as Sophie is on the run from her mobster father. Whilst in a new town with a new name, she finds herself falling for Hank. Knowing that she shouldn’t put him in danger, Acadia tries to push Hank away. The chemistry between Acadia and Hank is clear to see and I liked them as a couple. I liked that Hank never gave up on Acadia/Sophie. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.
Hank has bided his time but he is done waiting. He finally has Acadia in his life but she keeps sneaking out, never staying put or wanting to commit. When she disappears, he is devastated. He kinda gives up until her secret, the one she had been trying to keep from him is revealed. He goes after her and shows her how much she means to him. I really enjoyed Acadia's reluctance to commit, I liked that it kept throwing him off his game. I liked that he wasn't a full on alpha, it really fit his personality. Although her secret was a bit confusing, it wasn't crucial to the relationship between her and Hank in my opinion. This was a solid edition to the Jorgensen's and I can't wait for Brand!
Hank was love at first sight/Viking romance. Cadia has fled her mobster father and has found her way to Minnesota working as a waitress. She meets charming and seductive Hank and they hit it off. What was supposed to be a one night stand turns into a passionate, love-filled relationship in the span of just 2 months.
They love each other so much already, but Hank can tell she is holding something back. She doesn't want to reveal the truth because she doesn't want to put him and his family in danger.
Hank is mysterious, romantic, and suspenseful. It will keep you on your toes and begging for more. I give Hank 4 stars!
Hank and Acadia will pull you in so many directions that your head will spin. Hank knows what he wants and will do whatever it takes to get Acadia and won't stop till he makes her see. Acadia has a few secrets that a few know and why she is hiding when she meets Hank and everything changes. Will she be able to tell the truth of who she is or will it be too late to keep what they have? This is my favorite one so far with the back and forth and so much passion and a whole of heat and steam to keep you wanting more. So can't wait for the next one. Amazing series.
Oh my another Jorgensen man after the woman he wants. I totally enjoyed Hank and Acadia. The instant heat between them is so hot!!!! Acadia who's family and past come she has ran away from suddenly catches up with her. She disappears and Hank has no idea what happened why Acadia left him. When Hank finds out like all the Jorgensen's they go after what they want prepared to get. Loved the ending. I am loving these Jorgensen men. Thanks ChaShiree and MK.
Hank and Cadi's love story was quick and super sexy. In true Chashiree and Mk fashion the viking men have come to claim! Hank is no different and I couldn't put the book down.
The twist and turns were great in this story and I absolutely loved every part of it. Cadi has secrets but how far can she lie her way through them? I recommend this book to everyone!
The Jorgensen Vikings strike again, this time with Hank and Cadi. Cadi thought she could have a one night stand with the man that she has been obsessed with since she moved to town. Only one night isn’t enough, not that Hank would let her go. These two love hard and know that they have found their one! Love this series, it just keeps getting better and better.
The Jorgensen is back!! As possessive and alpha as ever. Hank was no exception to the "curse" of the Jorgensen. When you loved, you loved. There's no other way. The book was short with filthy sexy deeds all over. Though there was bit dramatic turned over, nothing major though, the ending was sweet and HEA. Safe read. No OW or OM.
Hank is Another hot read by Chashiree and MK. It's exactly what you need in a simply sexy short read. Hank was just to cute and fell instantly for Cadi. But things weren't as they seemed. I absolutely adored hank and his willingness to do what he needed to do to get his woman! Another winner from this writing duo!! ❤❤❤
I don't know why Cadi didn't tell Hank about the baby, about her situation and let him keep her safe. What if they had tried to ambush Hank and he wouldn't know what was going on because she refused to tell him. I loved this series and I can't wait to read more.
Hank and Acadia were so hot and what a surprise connection they both shared about themselves. I absolutely loved this story so far it's one of the hotness naughtiest one in this series.
Hank is book 6 in the Jorgensen series. It’s full of instalove, has a hot protective possessive Viking hero, a strong heroine with a lightly troublesome past, lots of sexy times and babies!!!
This was a good book to read. I liked the characters and their insta-love and chemistry. She was trying to stay low key and not be recognized by any one that might let her father know where she is at. He is a great chef that fell for her at first sight.
This book gave me the feels, Hank and Cadi is definitely made for each other. These ladies brought out the emotions, the love, a little bit of mystery to make a perfect love story, great job!
Well, these authors have done it again. I absolutely love the Jorgensen family! This story had me more on the edge of my bed, than the others. Good and bad times...secrecy. But I loved the story and love the happy ending with them two. If you haven’t read about this family, you MUST read.
Received as an ARC for an honest review. This book is full of insta-love and possessiveness. I loved Hank and Acadia together. Awesome addition to the Jorgensen series.
For Hank and Acadia they both knew without a doubt they were meant for one another!!
The only problem is Acadia cannot seem to stay in one place. Once Hank finds out the true reason. He will do anything to bring his woman home once and for all.
