An interesting "self help" book in which the author advances his own view of the world as one that can be confidently recommended to everyone. He has 6 key precepts that categorize each of the daily readings, although I did not feel those helped me to embrace the content.

If you think that "everything happens for a reason," you may want to pass this one by.

This is a excellent daily reader. It covers a wide range of areas in your life to help make you a better human.
