Se poate chiar mai mult. Cristalul este un coridor între dimensiunea fizică şi dimensiunile mentale. Îl putem folosi ca să comunicăm cu mineralele, plantele şi animalele. Putem comunica şi cu inteligenţa exterioară dimensiunii fizice. Putem vorbi cu îngerii, maeştrii, învăţătorii, vindecătorii. Mulţi dintre ei au multă înţelepciune de împărtăşit. Sunt nerăbdători s-o facă, dar nu pot decât atunci când avem mijloace să ascultăm. Unele persoane au auzul interior deschis şi pot recepţiona – şi recepţionează. Alţii trebuie ajutaţi. Cristalul poate fi mijlocul care vă înlesneşte comunicarea.
Cristalul poate determina alterarea stării de conştientă. El poate servi drept vehicul pentru a ajunge la talentele şi capacităţile mentale, pentru a le folosi. Toate capacităţile paranormale pot fi stimulate şi amplificate prin folosirea cristalului. Folosirea metafizică cea mai eficientă este în vindecare. I have a bunch of friends who are into crystals and I've been poking around in books that might offer some insight into what it is they find so compelling about them. I like rocks and find crystals and minerals lovely, but the energy stuff is a mystery to me. This was one of the books I found and read through.

I guess, you have to accept the premise that this stuff is going to be pretty woo-woo. And I'm all for alternative ideas around our connections to the universe and uses of energy and all. I know there's a lot that isn't quite explained and may never be, plus it's not like organized religion doesn't get pretty out there sometimes. Why hold crystals to a higher standard? On the other hand, this book in particular didn't offer a ton information. There were some visualization/meditation exercises to do with a crystal, but it wasn't specific even about what kind of crystal one needs to obtain to be able to do these exercises. Also, there was a whole chapter on Atlantis and how they used crystals with a good deal of information pulled from a book on Atlantis written by a 12 year old.

I suspect there are better books out there about crystals in terms of the information I'm looking for. If you want some guided meditation with a crystal and you're already in, this might be a better fit for you.

Conspiracy theory word vomit. Poorly researched, citing "credentials" left and right to try to add to some false sense of validity to his statements. He doesn't even seem to grasp that mermaid cannot come from Atlantis as one is Greek and one is Celtic but okay. Not a single thing he said do I actually find to be useful or applicable. He literally made a Superman comparison as to how crystals work, cringe. You'd be better off buying a Judy Hall or Scott Cunningham book. Anything is better than this. Literally anything.
