Decent little yarn that focuses on Sneak Peak of all people. Cobra is laughably incompetent here as usual. The one odd error is that the author keeps talking about cobra commander's facial expressions which we all know should be hidden since he wears either a hood or helmet at all times.

Maybe the worst of the six book series, but take it for what it is....just childish fun, and memories for G.I. Joe fans.
