4 Star review of Badges Prequel (Iron Badges #0) by Danielle Norman
Danielle Norman is a new author to me and I have absolutely no idea why. Badges Prequel was a great introduction to her work and when time permits I will be seeking out books in her other series.
As this is the first book in a new series, I jumped at the chance to read and review a new author. From the first to the last chapter I was engaged, a quick novella that I read in one sitting.
In this book Ms. Norman introduces us to the women of the Iron Badges which I thought was a great idea. Badges Prequel was an entertaining read and the writing was strong and humorous. Lets be honest, totally bad a** women, humour, law enforcement and bikers sounds like a winning combination to me.
I look forward to reading and learning more about the ladies of the Iron Badges in the near future.

With the Badges Prequel, Danielle Norman gives readers just a small taste of what is to come with her new Iron Badges series. And, I have to be honest, I want more!
We get our first glimpse of this new group of girl friends as they meet up with some of our favorite ladies from the Iron Orchids series at an all male strip revue! As you can only imagine, this crazy group of ladies are always up for a good time and ready to let loose and this is a fun look into their world.
I can’t wait to see how these women take on the Orange County Sheriff’s Office throughout the series! 4.5 stars

A wonderful introduction to a new series. I love how Danielle Norman took the time to do a little intro to the ladies in blue in the Badges Prequel. I love how the rest of the Iron ladies are present in this one. You get a little tease of the new ladies and I can't wait to see them kick butt and fall in love. I have a feeling Danielle Norman is going to bring us some cuffing good times with this new series.

"Badges Prequel" (Iron Badges Book 0) by Danielle Norman is a fantastic kick-off to this new spin-off series. I love that we get more of the Iron Orchids. This story is packed with humor, close friends, biker chicks, law enforcement, interesting characters and more. I can not wait to see what happens with these entertaining characters. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, humor, law enforcement, and series.

Harley has a major crush on Aiden McGuire. Both are cops. Harley is a member of the Iron Orchids, an all female MC club.
Badges is an fantastic read, an appetizer for more to come and I can't wait to read more about the women and men in the Badges series.

I was very unimpressed with this prequel, but I started the first book in the series and it is much better. I can't help feel the author's heart wasn't in this teaser to the series because it felt rushed and rather boring. An intro to the characters and nothing more. Smooth writing style and clean editing.

Poorly written
Author is unable to write a sentence using correct punctuation. She also doesn't understand the difference between a singular noun in the possessive case and a plural noun. I could only read the first 20 or so pages (which had at least 20 punctuation and/or grammar errors). Life is too short to read such poor writing.

I cannot wait for this series. This prequel only whetted my enthusiasm for this new spinoff series.
In this novella, we get to meet future characters and visit with old ones as well.

Badges Prequel is a great introduction to Danielle Norman's witty writing and the characters of the Iron Badges, her new spin-off series. It sets the tone for the stories that will come. It is a mix of female bikers, law enforcement with lots of humor.
The Badges Prequel also includes appearances of the original Iron Orchids (see Enough) and I just now this spin-off will be so good because, let's face it, these ladies rock those bikes!

I had already read Book'Em Sadie (which is a fantastic book) so going back and reading this helped a lot. It helps you understand who is going to be in the series. These girls are hilarious. I cant wait to read more in this series.

There are several intros here, most of them seem like they will be pretty good series to read, this one being a delight for gals who like gals that stand up for themselves and have some fun in life.
