He’s going to “fu&k her out of his system” like all the other women he’s been with. I don’t care about the women he’s been with in the past. Tell me their story, not about the women he slept with before. Nico gave off a skeezy manwhore vibe that I just couldn’t shake. Totally disappointed

The first book in the new series entitled "Nico" was Juliet North and Nico Adamo's story! Juliet needs protection due to someone trying to kill her. Juliet is referred to Adamo Bodyguards by her mother, Senator North. While intake, Juliet tells her story to professional Rafael Adamo and his the cocky brother, Nico who immediately takes the case even though first impressions were not sound to Juliet...but their attraction was! This story was a fast-paced suspenseful story with the funny, the sexy feels and a steamy journey for Juliet aka Jules and Nico!

Juliet gets referred to the Adamo brothers when she gets run off the road right after her computer crashes suspiciously at work, where she was investigating some questionable accounts. Being the daughter of a Senator escalates the threat especially since there’s no evidence and the clues are just vague enough to be discredited by the police. She thought she was signing up for a run of the mill security detail not a hot, long haired, Harley riding bad boy like Nico.
Nico has always taken his job seriously and with Juliet that hasn’t changed. His protective instincts seem to come out full force when it comes to her. Not to mention, Nico isn’t shy about vocalizing his instant attraction to the younger woman. He might be playing with fire to get involved with a client, especially the daughter of a Senator but Nico never was good at following the rules. And when Juliet is threatened, Nico doesn’t trust anyone but himself to keep her safe.
I’m a sucker for the forbidden romance trope and Nico and Juliet were off the charts hot with explosive chemistry and just really adorable together. The story is definitely fast paced and I loved their initial reaction to each other. They were like oil and water but with so much tension it vibrated in the air around them! Nico was his normal cocky self and his over the top personality throws Juliet for spin. Pushing her out of her comfort zone kind of becomes Nico’s top priority :) I loved their teasing and bantering. I will definitely have to check out the rest of the series, there’s 5 other Adamo brothers so plenty to go around, lol!
Would I recommend? Yes.
I liked the insta-lust/love, it was over the top but still cute and Nico is definitely the sexy outrageous alpha type that I like. Juliet was also really sweet. The suspense was low key but made the story entertaining.

It has been some time since I have devoured a release by Ms. Madison and I could kick myself for waiting as long as I did. Ms. Mia Madison is one of my all time favorite Authors. Nico is the first installment to her new Adamo Bodyguards series and I can 100% promise you that I will be not only be following the Adamo Brothers, but reading each and every installment she publishes. Judging by the youngest Brother, Nico, we are all in for one hell of a treat as Ms. Mia scotches us with the steam. Nico Adamo is a gorgeous, determined and protective man that you are going to want on your side. Although Juliet immediately caught a huge case of lust at first sight... She fights Nico every step of the way, until she gives in and gives her all to him. She was recommended to their Company for their service after an attempt is made on her life. You've got to read this book. I was addicted all the way through and yet at the same time, I didn't want it to end. Happily ever after guaranteed.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the first book in a new series featuring the Adamo brothers. Nick is former military special forces and now works as a bodyguard with his brothers. When Juliet North comes in needing a bodyguard, Nico decides she is his to protect. Juliet is a college student who works as an intern and discovered strange documents in the accounting department and has been getting threats since. That morning she was run off the road and her mother, who is a senator, recommended the Adamo brothers. Nico wants to keep Juliet close and moves her into his house, so he can protect her. Juliet is a virgin and Nico wants to do more than just keep her safe. They agree to a fling with no feelings while Nico is protecting her, but Juliet can't help but to develop feelings for Nico. When the danger reaches Juliet, Nico realizes he cares more than he thought. I really enjoyed this story. I loved Nico and thought he really cared for Juliet. I think Juliet was more mature than her mother thought. I loved them together and thought they had an amazing connection. Great one and i look forward to reading more of this series.

Nico is book one in the Adamo bodyguard series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable.
After stumbling onto she shouldn’t at work, Juliet’s life is in danger. When her mother recommends the Adamo security company, Juliet meets Nico. From the moment Nico see’s Juliet, he wants her and is determined to protect her.
I really liked Nico and Juliet; I couldn’t help but chuckle at the banter between the two of them.
The chemistry between Nico and Juliet was clear to see and I liked them together. I liked that Nico broke down Juliet’s walls.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I have already read book two and three before this book but I hope for a fourth book.

This was a fun, steamy short read. While I enjoyed reading the story it didn’t quite fit my expectations for the Adamo series. It was good as a standalone story but I didn’t feel the Adamo connection (other than it being Nico’s last name).
I like that for the most part Nico was just as aggressive in his claiming of Juliet; and I enjoyed the close nit family of the Adamo cousins. I did like the overall feeling of this story, but there was more that didn’t work for me then what did. There were too many inconsistencies with the characters feelings/behaviors and their actions to really get a feel for them, and if I cannot connect to the characters then the story is lost on me.
I might be a bit harsh in my review, but it is honest and I do feel like others will enjoy this read. I just have really high expectations for the Adamo’s and Nico didn’t hit them, but that is on me. I received an ARC and am leaving an honest review.

When Juliet needs a bodyguard after she thinks her life is threatened she turns to Adamo Bodyguards and ends up with Nico. Nico is a player and a bit egotistical but soon realizes that Juliet may be the only woman who can tame him and when she is taken, can he find her in time.

Let me say how happy I was with Mia’s announcement about bringing the Adamo family back!!! I freaking love that series, so I knew this will also be an amazing series!! From beginning to end I was so entertained and I love every character!! I can’t wait to read every new book of this series. Definitely recommend this book to read!! I’m about to reread the whole series to fall in love with every character again.

Hot quick steamy read! Juliet needs help because someone is after her and Nico is the bodyguard set to protect her. For him its insta lust but quickly becomes more but will he realize that it’s more then lust and love or will it be too late before whoever is after Juliet gets to her. Lots of sparks, some drama with a side of suspense makes a great quick read!

I flew through these 3 books in record time. Not even pausing long enough to review each one; just long enough to head over to Amazon and KU the crap out of them. I am really hoping Madison plans to return to this series and give us the rest of the Adamo’s brothers. They are loyal and fiercely protective of the ladies they love. If you are looking for scorching hot romance, this is the series for you! 5 Stars!

Really fun and exciting, dramatic, suspenseful, hot, humor and so much more. He is hired to be her body guard by her mother. There is an attraction there between them. It gets really interesting with what wants to hurt her and his alpha personality. I highly recommend it. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.

I was so happy to see the return of the Adamo Family! In this book we meet Nico the youngest of six brothers who run a private security company and Juliet the woman he is protecting. This was a great read with a bit of danger along with way. Mixed in with some very hot and steamy chemistry between Nico and Juliet. Wonderful fast paced read with a great HEA!

A nice instalove romance. I did not get as drawn in as I would have liked but this well written romance is a great quick read. I love the danger element to the story and Nico was quite sweet but it did not give me the feels I was after. I always enjoy Mia Madisons writing and I am still looking forward to her next book

Nerdy, studious, Senator's daughter meets sexy, tattooed, older man, who is her bodyguard. Let the fun begin. Nico and Juliet are interesting, well written, and their chemistry is hot. The book is a fast read and a page turner. Well done

Juliet was involved in an incident at work and her mother told her to get a bodyguard at the Adamo agency. Which is where Nick catches sightedness of her. Quick, hot older man story. Believable story in the Insta attraction style writing. Can't wait to read the next book in this series.

his was so hot and funny and sexy and entertaining. Nico is my type of alpha male that goes after what he wants. From the first page he caught my attention and Juliet's as well. I can't wait to see what else is in store in the series.
