CAPTIVATING !!!
Title: The Tempest (Originally titled Tender Dance)
Series: Blitzed (formerly Lovers Dance)
Author: Deanna Roy writing as J.J. Knight
Designation: Book 4 of 4 Book Series, Short Novel(175 pages), Not Recommended As A Standalone By This Reviewer, No Cliffhanger, HEA #contemporaryromance
Reading Platform: Kindle Edition
My Rating: FIVE CAPTIVATING STARS*****
**This book was originally published as Tender Dance by Deanna Roy, the fourth and final release in a four-book series entitled Lovers Dance. It has since been re-released as The Tempest, the final book in the newly re-titled Blitzed Series. There have been no changes to the content. Although this book could probably be read as a standalone, I highly recommend reading the entire series since all four books chronicle the relationship journey of beautiful newbie ballerina Livia Mason and handsome, charismatic reality television dance star Blitz Craven aka Benjamin Castillo.

Oh my, oh my, oh my! I LOVE this series! I adore contemporary romance and completely infatuated with stories featuring dance, but combine the two and I'm in heaven, and Deanna Roy/J.J. Knight just delivered the perfect combination of both - AGAIN! And folks, these books do contain dancing! Our hero, Benjamin Castillo aka Blitz Craven is a talented bad boy dancer with a womanizing reputation, a long list of indiscretions, and his own reality show called Dance Blitz, and our heroine is nineteen-year-old newbie ballerina Livia Mason with stars in her eyes for our hero. I'll discuss Blitz and Livia in more detail later but just know they do actually dance - a lot, together and separately! And the way Knight writes their scenes is so vivid, so detailed, so natural, and so moving! In my mind, I could actually see the couple dancing as I read their story, and it was enthralling! Sigh... It's just so romantic. But before I get into specifics about the book, I'd first like to make a few comments about the author. I became a Deanna Roy fan several years ago after first reading her heartwarming Forever Series and became even more entranced with her work after discovering her alter-egos, JJ Knight and Annie Winters. As JJ Knight/Deanna Roy, she pens romantic comedy and spicy but classy Contemporary New Adult Romance, and as Annie Winters, she writes sexy Contemporary Romantic Suspense. I developed a complete addiction to her Vigilante Series co-written with Tony West under her Annie Winters pen name. I love Knight's comfortable, easy-to-follow style, and sweet, sultry prose. There's nothing better than curling up in my favorite chair with a glass of wine and brand new book by J.J. Knight/Deanna Roy! And no one writes 'Dance Romance' like Deanna Roy. I discovered this firsthand after reading The Billionaire, a delightful standalone Contemporary Billionaire Friends to Lovers romance originally released as The Billionaire's Ballet and later retitled again as Dreamcatcher's Dance, which is actually the prequel to this series where we meet several of the characters in Blitz and Livia's story. But don't fret, as I said, it's also a standalone and can be read later.

But I digress, as I so often do when talking about books and authors I enjoy, and I did love this entire series! Now let me tell you why! The Tempest is a captivating, fast-paced, exceptionally well-crafted and edited contemporary romance that probably could be read as a standalone. All four books in the series follow the progression of Blitz and Livia's love story and for that reason, I highly recommend reading the books in order of their release. The first three books all end with a happy for now ending. The fourth and final book gives us the conclusion of Blitz and Livia's story, so NO cliffhanger. The narrative is beautifully written in the first person with a single perspective from the female protagonist, Livia Mason. Honestly, I usually prefer dual his and her points of view but this is Livia's story to tell and for this series, it works perfectly. I don't feel like I missed anything by not having a perspective from Blitz. The dialogue is smart, natural, realistic, well-executed, at times humorous, and flows effortlessly. I loved the premise and world Roy created for this story. It was truly extraordinary, but it's the cast of relatable, engaging, and endearing characters that completely steal the show along with my heart. I was immediately drawn into the story by the sweet, innocent and very naive Livia Mason, and I nearly swooned for our hero, handsome, cocky, professional celebrity dancer Blitz Craven aka Benjamin Castillo. These two characters could not have been more different, yet they're perfect for each other. Although Blitz was several years older than Livia and much more worldly and experienced, he's still quite immature. Well, immature may not be the right word, so let's just say he was wild, less than thrifty, and accustomed to women falling at his feet in adoration, and you better believe he enjoyed the perks of his stardom. lol... Livia lived a fairly normal life until age 15, but for the last four years had been isolated, closely monitored by her parents, and cut off from the world. The transformation of Blitz and Livia's characters and their personal growth through the entire series is masterfully done. But there's never any doubt these two characters are madly in love. It's pretty much love at first sight. Their attraction is immediate, their chemistry electric, their passion explosive, and their love undeniable! *sigh* It's just so dreamy! Knight skillfully combines every one of these elements to craft a heartwarming story filled to the brim with heartbreaking drama, agonizing angst, sweet romance, and steamy sex. This is not erotic romance, but it is sensual, passionate, and super sexy yet tastefully done. If I were asked to describe the writing style of Deanna Roy/J.J Knight in one word, it would definitely be classy!

The Stranger(Book 1):
Nineteen-year-old Livia Mason loves two things in life. The first is dance which she started only two years ago, and the second is a secret, one so dark only her parents know, or at least they know part of it. But even they don't know everything and if they did, they'd never allow her to continue her ballet lessons at Dreamcatcher's Dance Academy. It's the reason Livia lost everything, and the reason her father felt compelled to leave his job, uproot his family, and relocate them four years ago, moving away from everyone they knew... and it was all her fault. Livia is literally a prisoner in her own home. She's no longer allowed to have any friends nor any kind of social life. Her parents won't even allow her to attend public school. She has to settle for finishing her education through homeschooling, but hopefully this year she'd be able to take her SAT. She isn't even allowed to have a phone and all her actions are monitored closely by her very strict parents. But despite the shadow of her past mistake, her life is finally beginning to fall into place... until he shows up at the Dreamcatcher's Dance Academy... Benjamin Castillo aka Blitz Craven, playboy, womanizer, man-whore extraordinaire, and star of his very own reality TV dance show Dance Blitz. He's only at Dreamcatcher's to garner some good publicity, repair his damaged reputation, get his career back on track, and reclaim his show. But with one kiss and one simple dance, everything changes in the blink of an eye. He says he wants her, but does he really care for her? He claims he wants her to be with him, but does he love her? Why would a handsome celebrity like Blitz with a reputation for being quite a Don Juan with the ladies want someone like her, a sheltered and very plain naive nineteen-year-old woman with no worldly experience, who is slowly being suffocated by her restrictive overbearing parents? A man like Blitz Craven could have any woman he desired, and has, so is this just another ploy to add her name to his long list of conquests and public indiscretions? Can Livia afford to trust Blitz with her heart? But more importantly, can she trust him with her secret? We'll see! Oh my! This one will definitely tug at your heartstrings!

The Enemy (Book 2):
Our story for The Enemy resumes shortly after Livia's dramatic rescue of Blitz on the live season finale of Dance Blitz. Livia sacrificed much to save Blitz from himself, but it appears the lovestruck couple may have weathered the storm and will finally get their happy ending... until Livia's past comes back to haunt her. A ghost from Livia's former life makes an unexpected and very unwelcome appearance, wreaking havoc and revealing long-buried secrets and sadly, it may cost her everything, including her happy new life and the people she loves most. Will Blitz stand by Livia once he knows her darkest secret? We'll see! Oh my! Better get a box of tissues, folks; this one is a real tearjerker as Knight finally reveals Livia's darkest secret.

The Wicked(Book 3):
Dancing at Dreamcatcher's and teaching the wheelchair ballerinas has been a dream come true for Livia Mason, especially now that she has the handsome Benjamin Castello aka Blitz Craven by her side. But just when Blitz and Livia think they have a chance at a normal life, the mean girls descend on the happy couple, determined to exact their revenge for not being chosen in the season finale, and they want payback against BLitz and Livia. They're demanding a dance-off rematch but is sweet, newbie ballerina Livia up to the challenge. Will she fight for her man? We'll see!

The Tempest(Book 4):
Livia has been thrust into a new life -a very public life where enemies are plentiful, friends few, and secrets are fodder for the masses. In six short months, shy Livia Mason has undergone quite a metamorphosis, leaving the safety of her cocoon and morphing into a beautiful butterfly. She's gained fame, fortune, her freedom, and the love of a man adored by millions of fans, reality dance star Blitz Craven. But she's also lost much - her home, family, church, friends, and when her secret is revealed, she loses even more including her coveted position at Dreamcatcher's, and most grievous of all, access to the daughter she was forced to give up at age fifteen. When Livia is offered the chance to dance as a professional ballerina with a small ballet troupe on tour, she must decide what she truly wants for her future. Will her glamorous new life be enough to ease the ache in her heart or will she fight to keep her life with Blitz and reclaim everything she's lost? We'll see!

Did I like this book? No, I loved it! Would I recommend it? You bet and I am but only for adult readers. Will I read this author again? Absolutely! I've already ordered the remaining books in this series. And finally, was I entertained? Completely! I snickered, snorted, snuffled, sniffed and sobbed throughout the entire book but by the end, I was happy, satisfied and well entertained! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!

I am absolutely loving this series. From the very first page in Forbidden Dance (book 1) to the very last page in Tender Dance (book 4), you are caught up in the lives of the two main characters. Deanna Roy gives you a steady flow of heartache, drama, angst, secrets, and overwhelming emotions.

Readers are once again pulled into the world of dance and the sweet and sensual romance between Blitz and Livia that began three books ago. After reaffirming their relationship in the previous installment under the watchful eyes of America, and throughout a reality show competition, their romance is once again put to the test here as Livia goes out on her own after being given the chance of a lifetime. Because of all her hard work, and being seen as a media star, she's offered the chance to dance on tour as a character that will have people (and herself) seeing her in a whole new light. It also means long hours of dancing and trying to prove her worth, lots of loneliness, and being forced into relying on herself as Blitz will be miles away. It's not just the stresses of being part of a touring dance company that weighs on Livia though, there's also the reveal of a secret she's long struggled to keep hidden...the existence of a daughter she was forced into giving up for adoption.

There was joy at the start of this book as Livia and Blitz had just proved in front of millions of tv viewers that they're a match made in heaven. There was contentment too surrounding the special dance lessons she was giving, and the opportunities to get close to, the daughter she once gave up for adoption. That happiness quickly went up in flames though as the paparazzi discovered her long hidden secret which once again tore her daughter away from her and left Livia mired in depression. Livia's depression was palpable and had her acting out in over-the-top ways, trying to push Blitz away, and it had me angry at her for taking her loss out on him. Therefore the chance to hit the road and leave all the unhappiness behind came at just the right time and through her time away readers got to see Livia mature and become more assertive. Life on the road was vividly depicted and consisted of grueling practices, sore bodies, and endlessly trying to prove her talent. Cattiness and jealousy from other dancers was on display, but there were also new friendships formed which gave Livia a sense of belonging she hadn't felt before. Livia's time on the road allowed for lots of introspection on how she saw herself and what she wanted out of life. Her guilt over giving up her daughter was dealt with vividly, and a bit hypocritically, in an exchange with another dancer that brought out a judgmental side to Livia but ultimately helped her reach inner peace. Issues regarding her family, and her father's treating her like a pariah, were also dealt with head-on and saw her finally standing up for herself after many years of her father's treatment of her that bordered on abusive. In her time away Livia finally started liking herself and taking pride in all she accomplished which had me cheering.

With this installment Livia took center stage as life on the road saw her becoming a woman, a woman who could stand up for herself and who took charge. I liked seeing Livia's growth but I missed Blitz as he was relegated to the sidelines this time around. What we saw of him though was the immensely appealing man he's become since meeting Livia. He's sweet and supportive and quick to do whatever it takes to make her happy. He takes great pride in her accomplishments and never took over her spotlight because of that pride. His focus was totally on her and her career and his actions endeared him to me all the more. His grand gesture at the end of the story was dreamy and solidified his place as the quintessential book boyfriend and has me eagerly awaiting the final installment. This has been a delightful series thus far with only a few frustrations along the way and though I look forward to what comes next I'm sad that the end of their journey's creeping ever closer. This has been a charming, heartwarming, and sensual series that readers should definitely add to their bookshelf for its appealing main couple and its ability to pull at your heartstrings!

Livia's Time to Shine

Deanna Roy never fails to draw you into a story that is so lifelike that you just have to remember to breathe. I have enjoyed being on the journey with Blitz and Livia and watching them grow stronger together through the trials life and fate has thrown their way. Not every love story is a bed of roses, sometimes you have to fight through the thorns to get to the petals as is the case with Blitz and Livia. Just as they are adjusting to life without the reality dance show and enjoying life as a happy couple, it is leaked to the press about Livia's teenage pregnancy and the baby she was forced to give up. Livia has had to endure so many losses in her young life but has become a stronger person than even she realized. When she gets a chance to join a traveling ballet troupe due to her stardom with Blitz she takes the chance to live her dream. Livia soon learns this experience is so much different than Blitz's reality show but forges ahead with her new friends from the troupe. Blitz shows us and Livia just how committed he is to her and his love shines through his actions. As Livia spends her time away from Blitz she realizes what she has with him and concentrates on that rather than what she has lost. This story is a very emotional story that will make you take stock if your own life and make you a richer person in heart. Deanna Roy is a sensational author that you must read, and her stories will leave you breathless!! This I'd the fourth book and must be read in order to get the full impact if Blitz and Livia's relationship, you won't regret it. I can't even imagine what the next book has in store for us but I'll be there cheering them on.

Tender Dance is another fun (and funny) entry in Deanna Roy's Lovers Dance series. It would work as a stand-alone story, but it references characters and events from previous books. I think these books will be much more enjoyable if you read the series in order, starting with Forbidden Dance , and they're all fun, so I think you will want to read them all.

More than any of the other books in this series, this book really focuses on Livia's growth as a person and as a dancer. I laughed and cheered when she had her diva moment! This was mostly a gentle, uplifting story, but it still offered some tension and drama as Livia had to cope with a couple of traumatic losses, make some difficult decisions, and learn how to survive dance company politics. And then we get one of the most romantic endings I can recall! So sweet, and it totally caught me off guard!

This is a well-written story with a few surprises. There were no problems with editing or formatting. This was also a pretty clean book; there was no violence, not much sex, and I don't recall any profanity. Most of the characters are people I'd like to know, and the romance is very sweet. I loved seeing Livia interact with the other dancers, and Livia's friend Mindy gets a love interest in this book, too! I definitely recommend this book and the entire series for fans of contemporary romance.

I volunteered to review an advanced reader copy of this book, and I am looking forward to the final book in this series, Final Dance.

Tender Dance is an extraordinary journey of a woman who dared to live, love, and hope in the face of incredible opposition. Never once did she back down from what her heart longed for. When one dream slowly faded away, she felt her heart break, but she knew she had to find a reason to go on. Only with her newfound inner courage did she find the strength to leap at the first opportunity to grasp onto a dream that utterly consumed her. To her wonder and amazement, she found people in her life that continued to hold her up, encourage her, and love her through the good and the bad times. They gave her the wings to keep moving forward and live an incredibly exceptional life.

I was literally on pins and needles as I walked through this journey with Livia and Blitz. I knew this book would be hard, but I loved that Blitz never gave up on Livia. He did everything in his power to keep her spirits up and to know just how much he loved her through it all. Blitz really showed his true heart and mettle, and I couldn’t get enough of it. Livia also continued to surprise me with her courage and determination. She knew that life had to go on no matter what she faced, and having the wonderful support system behind her really helped her to survive and conquer the firestorms that she found herself within.

Deanna Roy never fails to surprise and challenge me with her fabulous stories and stunning characters. I can’t get enough of her new worlds and storylines. She is a fantastic author who I will always cherish and love for a long time to come. If you enjoy immersing yourself in all out storm full of feels and overflowing with heart, then this is an author that you NEED to experience.

Livia's worst fears come true in the latest installment of the Forbidden Dance series when Gwen realizes that her adopted daughter is Livia's real daughter.

Dancer Livia is still loved up with Blitz, shunned by her family months on but is repairing her friendship with Mindy even so much that they go horse riding and find Mindy a young cowboy!

As Livia embarks on a touring ballet of which she plays an evil part not a princess unlike how she lives as one with Blitz! She gets stuck it and toughs it out even returning after an injury and manages to get tickets to her family back home in the hope that they will come and see her on stage.

The performance is a big project with Blitz even getting a DVD deal for the ballet to be released due to Livia taking part.

However, Carla a fellow dancer causes Livia to rethink how she's living as she can't stop thinking of Gwen and Gabriella back home and how she misses seeing them. Carla gave up her child for dance where as Livia had no choice and now misses her more since Gwen stopped them seeing each other.

Blitz once again, the doting, caring boyfriend proves how much he loves Livia by doing something exciting not only for her twentieth birthday but for their year since they met anniversary too...trust me you will be so happy for them!

I love these books, as a dancer in my younger days and a fan of ballet still now, I love these books and really invest myself when reading this series. I read this book straight through in an hour, I was looking forward to it that much! There's drama, loss, love and clashes along the way be prepared for the drama ahead!

Our heroine, Livia finally gets to spread her own wings to fly, or rather, dance! Her once very sheltered life has done a complete 180 degrees as Blitz Craven's, reality tv star dancer's, girlfriend. Although she's still a relative student in ballet, an opportunity surfaces which allows Livia to pursue her dream of becoming a professional ballerina. She's aware they want to use her reality tv exposure to gain publicity for the traveling show, and she has choices to make since the rehearsals for the show and the performances will separate her from Blitz for the first time in their relationship.

When the world finds out she has a secret daughter, and Gwen, the adoptive mother realizes Livia has been teaching her daughter ballet, Livia is forced to stay away. Livia chooses to join the ballet show and stays with the "rank and file" rather than accept the perks the producers are willing to grant her because of her "celebrity" status.

I truly enjoyed seeing how Livia matured both as a dancer and as an adult overcoming her fear of being on her own. She made several hard, but wise decisions which showed her inner strength. In this story, we finally start to see people from her past opening up, accepting, and celebrating the person she's becoming. Heartwarming and brought tears to my eyes....

This is my favorite installment of this series. Livia gets to be what she has always dreamt of - a ballerina.
As Livia's world begins to fall apart hone word of her baby gets out and others begin to piece together Gabriella and Livia she is separated from her daughter and her beloved dance studio.
As Livia tries to break out of her depression she is offered a place in a traveling ballet. She accepts the role and understands that she is not as seasoned as those around her but she will give it her everything. She is living her dream.
Blitz, to me, redeems himself in this book but showing how truly devoted he is to Livia and wanting her to be happy. His focus is on what will be the best thing for her and how he can assist her in getting this opportunity and enjoying this opportunity.
Livia may have lost many things in this book and the previous ones, but in the end of this book she is starting to see what she truly has and some of her losses are coming back to her. I won't say what she gets int he end of this book as I do not want to ruin it for anyone.
I can't wait for the next installment. I love the characters that Deanna has developed and can't wait to see how their story finally comes together.

I read an ARC version.
Blitz and LIvia are happy, but the biggest secret is revealed and their small stabilisation is in danger. Then an unexpected opprtunity appears and LIvia can fulfill her dreams. WIll she follow the dream?

I really like the series - Livia nad Blitz are one of my favourite couples. But I must say I did not enjoy this book as the ones before. It looks to me a bit forced and not deep enough. It is all about Livia, we see not much of Blitz (who, as always, is loving, supportive boyfriend). The whole storm just ended without serious consequences. And the opportunity with ballet - it is really not so belivable. She only dances for 2 years, and only 6 months en pointe - she would NEVER be angaged to professional troupe - as they said, she would be given acting role, but not dancing, the difference between her and professional dancers, especially from Russia, would be HUGE (they start at 6, and go en pointe at 10 - so 25-year old prima ballerina has 15 years of experience...).

It was nice reading though and I went into the story, definitely I cannot wait for the last part of series

Tender Dance is a well written novel, delving deeply into the emotions and feelings that Livia is experiencing as she is firstly betrayed by her ex, and then has to make her way into the world of dance on her own terms. One hears less of Blitz in this installment of the story, however he is a still a stabilising influence in Livia's life. The author clearly brings out the dichotomy in most people's lives, that while we may have deep heartache on the one hand, we can be experiencing the most successful time of our lives on the other. Most people find that the moments when everything is going well in every aspect of your life are rare and far between. Livia went through highs and lows of emotions and had to work hard to overcome the influence they had on her performance, especially taking into account that she is an artistic person and therefore more inclined towards mood swings. For the most part this installment of the life and times of Livia and Blitz left me feeling a little depressed, although the book did end on a positive note. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

This was another touching story about Blitz and Livia; their relationship is growing as is Livia's experience as a dancer. Livia joins a dance production, meets some new friends and experiences more of life.
Livia led a sheltered, perhaps even emotionally abusive life with her family and especially with her controlling and demanding father. blitz helps her to work through her feelings, he is the ultimate support and pillar of strength for Livia as she grows as a woman.
"I sigh against his mouth. Being with Blitz never gets old. He is patient. He pays attention."
"I don't know what to say. That I don't have the energy. That I don't want to go on tour, strange people, strange cities, strange everything."
"There's a chorus of YES all around, and suddenly it's like a sleepover when everyone wants to hear your ghost story."
"We've taken the boy out of Hollywood, but I'm pretty sure there is still some Hollywood left in the boy."
"I had one thing I held most dear, and I lost it."
Just an excellent story, skillfully written, and a dream for the reader to devour a moment at a time.

This is the fourth book in this Lovers Dance series , you definitely need to read the previous books to understand Livia and her past. This book was all about Livie she finally stands on her own in this story, she gets to be apart of a ballet troupe. She is chosen for a pretty major role and got it based on her being on reality tv with Blitz. She runs with it, works her booty off , and she pulls it off. I was so happy to see Livia grow so much , she really became more mature and independent in this book. Blitz was so supportive and he let her do her thing , and live and work with the troupe.I was so glad that she could reconnect with some of her family, everything is going so great in her life right now,not perfect,so I am worried about the final installment, but also excited to see hopefully these two get there happily ever after.
I happily read this ARC to share my thoughts on Blitz and Livia.

Olivia grows into to her own as a woman.

Tender Dance is book 4 in the Lover Dance series. While each book can be read as a standalone I strongly recommend reading them in order for the most enjoyment of the over-all story.

Tender Dance is primarily about Olivia. She is invited to perform with a professional dance company for a 6-month tour. She still sees Blitz during this time but she also begins forming relationships with other people in the touring company. These are the kind of relationships that she hasn't had the opportunity to have in the past because of her parents controlling everything in her life.

I don't want to give anything away but at least one of the things that's been causing Olivia pain, since she's been with Blitz, is at least partially resolved. I'm looking forward to the final book in this series to see how it all plays out.

An advanced copy of this book was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author.

I love this series. What happens when your world falls apart, your family disowns you, you are no longer able to see the child you gave up for adoption and you don't know who to trust to not spill your secrets to the paparazzi. This book focuses more closely on Livia than Blitz and follows her as goes out in the world and tries to find herself and her place in the world. Livia gets cast in a Ballet because of her celebrity status rather than her dancing ability, so she feels she has to prove to both her fellow dancers and herself that she is worthy of the role. As always, Blitz is in the background being loving and supportive. I love reading stories where lovers face adversity together rather than trying to force them apart. So excited for the last book - and hopefully Livia and Blitz get their happy ever after.

I have really enjoyed this whole series - and I am not a dancer so that is not what has drawn me to the series. Deanna has a way of telling the story that combines humor, heartache, romance, hope, and more as the characters battle personal demons and adversity and try to grow as individuals. The way the characters deal with their challenges are ones you can relate to and make you want to cheer them on and encourage them not to give up. The story is well-written and kept me reading from the moment I started the story. This is one of those series I can see myself reading again. I can't wait to see how Livia's and Blitz's story continues - how they continue to grow together and face whatever challenges are thrown their way. I was gifted with a copy of this story and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the best of Livia and Blitz. I love how he lets her do her thing and encourages her to go for what she wants. Blitz gives her space and doesn't let her fall apart. I love how he's there for her no matter what.
I love how Livia keeps growing and she has her diva moments. She stands up for herself when she really has to and she shows that she fights for what she wants.
The best thing about Livia is that she makes the best decisions she can and she loves her daughter. She won't do anything to harm her in anyway.
I have to say, I loved the ending. Blitz is just amazing.
I can't wait for the next book. Give this series a chance. It's worth it. I highly recommend it.

I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy.

Tender Dance is book 4 in the love saga of Livia and Blitz. This time, the story focuses on Livia and how she grows as an individual. Her secret about her daughter comes out and she is forced to focus her energy on herself. She is given the opportunity to join a traveling ballet and decides to do something for herself. From her time being sheltered by her father and then moving in with Blitz, this is the first time she will truly be on her own. I loved reading about the six months on her tour and how she grows as an individual and how her relationship with Blitz is solid. A lot of time passes in this book, but I felt like it was a good pace for the story. If you want to read more of Livia and Blitz's story, then you will love this book.

Beautiful! I loved it!

Deanna Roy succeeded in writing another beautiful story about hardship, pain, strength, determination and most of all Love. I think this was my favorite book out of the series, though I loved them all. I loved seeing Livia grow as a person and come into here own. Seeing her on her own and making a name for herself in a world she's not completely familiar with was pretty awesome. Blitz is such a sweet, caring man who stands by her side while Livia coupes with the lost of seeing her daughter. He promotes Livia as she follows her dreams and figures out what she wants in life. It was a very touching story. I can't wait to read the next book.

I love this series and this book is one of my favorites so far! This story was about Livia finding herself and learning to stand on her own two feet without Blitz. It was inspiring to see Livia realize that she holds the power to make the changes in her life, to be who she wants, to live her dreams and play by her own rules. So beautiful to see Blitz take a step back from the limelight to support Livia, to be her comfort, the person to lean on but encourage her to meet new friends, to be normal as much as she could while chasing her dream. This ending had all the feels so excited to see what the future holds for Livia and Blitz!

This is the best one yet!! This series keeps getting better with each book. (Yes, they can be read as stand-alone books, but are much better read in order.) When Livia finally thinks that she can settle down and lead a half-way normal life, someone pulls the rug out from under her feet. Blitz is there for her, but even he is not sure how to help. As you read this book, you see Livia becoming an adult and learning to cope with life has thrown at her, while Blitz is there for her whenever she needs that extra support. Definitely worth reading!
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

The secret that Livia has been desperate to keep has come out and things start to change. I was intrigued to see how the story would progressed and what would happened. What I enjoyed about this story was the growth in Livia. She came into her own and did it by herself. This book was more of a focus on Livia. I also liked seeing the relationship between Blitz and Livia. It continues to grow stronger and the love between the two is evident to see. As we continue on with the series, the romance and lives of Blitz and Livia gets really interesting. I have been fascinated with their story and I can’t wait for the final installment. A nice read.

This series for me simply keeps getting better and better.

I am loving how despite all the obstacles that face Blitz and Livia they are tackling them together and growing stronger. I have enjoyed seeing Livia go from a nervous, shy and fragile young teenager to a strong and passionate woman who keeps picking herself back up again and following her heart and spirit. Blitz for me is the perfect cheer squad in this one and his love for Livia is simply beautiful.

I can't wait for the final book in the series and hope to see a HEA for all.

Have to read! This is Livia's growing up story, as she steps away from the shelter of Blitz's arms and the glitz of the TV world to pursue a piece of her ballet dreams. Fresh from the pain of the public reveal of the baby she gave up for adoption and the adoptive mother refusing any contact, Livia steps into the chaotic, and occasionally hostile, world of a professional ballet tour. With Blitz always firmly behind her, she must find her own inner strength to confront all the ghosts of her past, shine in the present, and reach for a glorious future.

These books just keep getting better and better. I absolutely love Livia and Blitz!! She has some bad situations she must work through, and she does with style. And Blitz, well I wish I could find a Blitz. He is so caring and always doing things for Livia that helps her handle her life. I won’t say what, but there were a few things that happened in this book that made me very happy. I can’t wait till the next one! I received this book and was asked for an honest opinion, which is what I have given.
