Very close to home

I feel a kinship with the author and I'm glad I picked this book up and started it when I did. My mind moves quickly at times, brimming with energy. At other times, I just want to sleep and not be encumbered by the overwhelming mountain of things I need and want to do. This is a great simple explanation of how to mitigate those problems and put it all into perspective. Simple, yet effective. I'm pleased.

Evidence based practice

Most of the practices inside are evidence based. Which is good! It covers the traditional and digital way of time management. The writer even give a real picture of how it should be on a sheet of paper.

For a free book, this is a bargain. Even though some of them are commonly known, but I still get new insights as I read along the way.

Just, buy it, you can’t be dissapointed with it

Well written but very basic. The conventional guidelines and strategies are offered, alongside the management of 'life messiness.'

OK. But this is pretty basic material.
