I enjoyed a lot of what this talked about and the general theme that you can’t control your emotions but you can control your behavior, but there were a couple things I disagreed with, and some of the short stories were really stupid and one was borderline offensive. So it had its issues.

But also the concept of changing your perspective of the past by acting differently today so that tomorrow’s past will be more in line with your desires… major.
