This Is That is a radical interpretation of the clues found in Padas 1 and 2 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. A guide to the practice, the state and the experience of Yoga, it leads the practitioner toward uncovering their own true nature while continuing their self-realization.
Amazing book - profound spiritual & philosophical concepts explained in a simple, playful & clear way, I had many aha moments, while reading this text, powerful - highly recomended, not only for yogis! ❤️

He doesn’t really give a translation or transliteration, just drives straight into his interpretation/commentary. His view is to interpret Patanjali’s Yoga as if it was Advaita Vedanta, when they are two different things. If you want New Age “we’re all one” ideas then this is for you. If you want Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras there are much better books out there.
A good book that teaches the principles of yoga. If you're into this way of being it's worth a read, if not then you'll likely pass on it. I think it's a worth a read as it speaks to the multi-layered existence of consciousness in relation to being. This is not a light read.
