I thought that this book was very well written from somebody who has a lot of experience in this field. I thought that this book was very nice for somebody who is thinking about or already in a relationship. The author does not just give his opinion based on his beliefs, but he backs up everything he says with hard evidence that is very current. I would defiantly recommend this book for anyone who is about to start a relationship. it was very encouraging and had a lot of good ideas and to learn from.
