Being best friends with someone of the opposite sex can be tricky. Even more so when you find yourself with feelings that are no longer platonic.

For years I've sat back and watched Kadence date unworthy assholes, but when she tells me she's going speed dating to find a date on Valentine's Day, something in me snaps. I'm done letting the fear of losing our friendship stand in the way of me telling her how I feel. It's time I take charge and do what I should have done years ago, make Kadence mine.

intriguing

Kadence & Aaron story is the first one I ever read by the author. I enjoyed reading their backstory and seeing how their relationship progressed.
