An excellent resource for those interested in Qi and Qigong, and especially Ba Duan Jin. The large theoretical and historical discussion gives great insight into this art and serves as a good foundation for further learning.

excellent exercises

Health benefits easily obtained with these simple movements. They are easy enough to do unless limited by surgeries or other injuries.
