Real Estate Broker vs For Sale by Owner

Bella is branching out on her own and starts her own business focusing on For Sale By Owner. Is Carm a top real estate broker because of his shirtless billboards or is he really good at his job? We'll see when they are thrown into a competition to see who can sell more condos in 3 months.

This one took me some time to warm up to. I agree with Annie ~ Carm is definitely giving off douchy vibes, more than he did in the last book, but that slowly turns into sweetness as these two spend more and more time together. There was some good steamage and banter.

"The thought of her with another man is as appealing as jarred spaghetti sauce" ~ spoken like a true Italian.

I love that Annie and Enzo are still heavily involved in this installment.

I've already read book 3 before I finished up my review here, so I want to add that Carm is my least favorite brother. Still lovable in his own way, but I hated that he was a big douche even if he turned out okay in the end.

Dirty Flirty Enemy was the second book in the White Collar Brothers series by the authors Piper Rayne.

We met Carmello Mancini in book one as an arrogant, competitive and sexy high end Manhattan Realtor. He was a player in every sense of the word who lived for work 24/7. As such, he only had time (or respect) for one night stands. Not the most popular among women unless they had the same philosophy.

Bella Scott was also a successful Manhattan Realtor but had recently ventured to the FSBO concept, which freed up more time to have a life outside of work. She just happened to rent office space across from Carmello, which she was quickly rethinking.

The authors picked us up from the last book when Bella and Carmello met and then took us through the bantering between the two. The entire story was a mix of push and pull meshed with humor. They also included details within the real estate industry for additional depth. It was a fairly predictable story with little drama but fun none the less.

All and all, it was a quick, lighthearted and entertaining read. Next up is Dom in Wild, Steamy Hook-up. But again, don’t forget about Bianca, the lone Mancini sister!

This book is not bad, and follows the typical contemporary blue print now, featuring a man-whore hero. But for some reason, the hero just came across as skeevy to me at the start & like one character said I felt like taking a shower afterwards. Romance authors, I think you need to move away from showing a hero's so-called whorish ways. To me that doesn't scream an attractive bet. As the gf of his bro remarks, H is too pushy with women. Booho your gf at 17 was a player, I don't care. Have you heard of STDs? Then to feature H's one-time bang just to add trouble between h/H meh! It really showed H in a more poorer light.

Während Carmelo Mancini ein klassischer Immobilienmakler ist, der mit seinem Geschick große Provisionen kassiert, hat Bella nun eine kleine Firma für Direktverkäufe und macht ihm mit diesem Geschäftsmodell Konkurrenz. Die Anziehung zwischen ihnen macht es schon kompliziert genug, aber dann werden sie noch zu echten Rivalen, als sie beweisen müssen, wer von ihnen schneller und besser ist.

Sie arbeiten nicht nur gegeneinander, sie arbeiten auch noch im selben Gebäude und irgendwie kommt es dann noch dazu, dass sie sich ein Haus in den Hamptons teilen, zusammen mit anderen Freunden und Verwandten. So begegnen sie sich ständig und Bella muss Carms sexy Arroganz ertragen, während der Frauenheld ihr plötzlich beweisen möchte, dass er kein schlechter Kerl ist. Gar nicht so leicht, wenn er im Geschäft die Oberhand hat und Bella ihn verrückt macht.

Die Rivalität der beiden sorgt für Spannungen und ihre Gespräche, bei denen der Übergang von Streit zu Flirt fließend ist, sind stets unterhaltsam. In diesem Buch sieht man auch mehr von den Bianco-Brüdern und dem Rest der Familie und das Ende bietet einen kleinen Blick auf die Handlung des nächsten Bandes, auf den ich mich auch schon freue.

Fazit
"Dirty Flirty Enemy" bietet kurzweilige Enemies-to-Lovers-Romance mit einem Konkurrenzkampf um Immobilien, einer großen bunten Familie und zwei Rivalen, die sich ihren Gefühlen nicht widersetzen können.

Carm and Bella dislike one another without really knowing anything about the other person. Bella dislikes Carm because of his sexy billboards that entice sellers to list their properties with him and Carm hates FSBO (For Sale By Owner) properties and that is what Bella does, she lists their properties on MLS so they can be seen by buyers. You would think that this is trivial but the hate between the two really cause sparks to fly when Bella steals a client from Carm.

This story takes the enemies-to-lovers trope and shows just how fine the line is between love and hate. The sparks fly, the sexy times are Hot, and another Mancini brother has succumbed to falling in love. I really enjoyed this book and it was a great addition to the series, which can be read as a standalone. We have one more brother, Dom, left to find his true love and I honestly cannot wait to see how his story plays out.

If you are new to Piper Rayne this is a perfect time to jump in, and if you have read and enjoyed any of their other books you'll love this one.

Where do I even start to review this book?

I guess it all starts with Piper Rayne. If you've read them before you're probably already a fan and if you haven't I can honestly say there isn't any one book to start with. All of their books rock. They have great characters, both leading and secondary and they know how to write romance.

So this is the second book in the White Collar Brothers series and although it can be read as a standalone I loved knowing the story of Annie and Enzo. And I really loved that they were such a part of this story.

Carm was exactly what I expected him to be at the start and I kind of went back and forth on him. I wanted him to fall hard with a bang. And he kind of did but as always I wanted a little more.

Bella was perfect for Carm but I wanted her to get more in general. Her mum sucked and I really wanted her to get her head out of her arse. Luckily for Bella I have no doubt mama Mancini will love her but it sucks we didn't get to see it.

And although I loved the epilogue it has left me obsessed with Dom and I can't wait to get my grabby hands on it. And I love that it looks like we will get a whole lot more of Carm and Enzo.

This is only my second book from Piper Rayne and they are definitely winning me over with their writing and their characters.

Dirty Flirty Enemy shows the fine line between love and hate and how easily we allow our preconceived ideas overshadow what could be there.

I absolutely loved the banter and dialogue with Carm and Bella. Their interactions truly kept things very intriguing and intense in so many ways. They both surprised me with their actions too because I had not expected for each of them to be a certain way and I loved that!

Piper Rayne really kept me on my toes with these characters. I loved that they strayed from the typical notions that some authors stick too with a certain type of character. It just made this book all the more enjoyable and unexpected.

If you have been hiding in a hole like me and have not read anything by Piper Rayne, I highly recommend these books. They are amazing duo and really know how to draw readers in and keep them on their toes.

Okay so I loved the first book in this series but to be honest, I wasn't that excited about book number two because I didn't connect with Carm in the first book and found him annoying.

But let me tell you Piper Rayne got me conversed, and now I love him!! Sure he can be an asshole and thinks only with his dick, but eyy everyone got their flaws.

So this book has a lot of the popular tropes in it. Enemy to lovers, fuck buddy's, you get the feel of an office romance in it too. It has so much good in it, and it is steaming hot! The teasers these two are to each other left even me frustrated... I was hooked from the beginning of this book, it had me guessing all the way to the end about what would happen, and I can honestly tell you I had never imagined the things behind Bella. But oh god she is such an amazingly strong woman, and in the last 10% of the book, I went from loving Carm to adoring him! He was amazing and truly showed his caring side that you got glimpses of all through the book.

Also, the glimpse you get of Dom's story in the end!! I can't wait. I am so excited for the next book I need it now!!

Two competing realtors works in the same house in separate offices and it's a classic enemy's to lovers romance. Loads of assumptions about each other and a lot of fun banter! I wasn't in love with the characters but had a lot of fun for the most part. But there is a very serious situation that might be triggering but don't know if it's a spoiler or not. I don't think it is.

Ich habe mich wieder sehr gut unterhalten gefühlt beim lesen. Das schaffen das Autorinnenduo bei ihren aktuelleren Büchern gleich auf Anhieb. Die Mancini Brüder können nicht unterschiedlicher sein und doch hat jeder der drei etwas an sich, dass ich nicht mehr missen möchte. Auch Bella konnte ich sofort in mein Herz schließen. Sie ist stark und geht ihren Weg, und immer an ihrer Seite, ihre Assistentin Max, die sie in allem unterstützt.

Wer ein unterhaltsames Buch mit Witz, Charme und hotten, aber liebenswürdigen Männern sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig

Bella Scott used to be a successful real estate agent but recently switched to an FSBO salesperson. A business that conveniently opened right in front of Carm. His paths cross, his customers are stolen, and his game matches.

Carmelo is the youngest of the Mancini brothers, a sexy and arrogant. Bella is an FSBO agent and competes directly with Carmelo, as well as having his offices on the same floor. Both characters have a lot of chemistry, although each tries to deny it in different ways. It's a continuous tug-of-war that they then succumb to, although they have a hard time getting there. Bella prefers serious relationships while Carmelo doesn't like those complications since he gave up his heart in the past and went wrong. Bella is also aware that her change could be due to something that happened in the past, and in the end, everything is discovered.
If you like the first book, you will also like this one because the Mancini brothers are everything you could wish for.

Dirty Flirty Enemy is the perfect title for Carm and Bella's enemies-to-lovers story. It's dirty (in the best way), they're flirty (especially Carm the charmer), and they are definitely enemies (at least when it comes to work). This was an engaging read- fun and sexy, but as they did with Sexy Filthy Boss, Piper Rayne added in a back/side story that was a bit heavier than what we're typically used to from them. I like how they've incorporated these issues, they bring a little more depth to the stories and characters. It makes me wonder if we're going to get something like this in Dom's book.

As workforce competitors, Carm and Bella's relationship definitely starts off on the wrong foot. But before too long things between them begin to heat up and even as they try to keep things on a professional level, it soon becomes apparent that there's more than just a simple attraction developing. It's always fun to see the guy who never planned on being in a relationship fall in love, and Carm was no exception.

I thought Carm's story was the one I was most looking forward to out of these three brothers, but oh no...I have a feeling Dom's story is going to be the biggest surprise of the bunch!

Piper Rayne. Seriously, how do they keep writing stories that just suck me right in and give me all the feels?! I loved this enemies to lovers story so damn much. Bella is recovering from a trauma that has her carving out her own independent way of life. Carm is just baffled by his brother Enzo falling head over heels in love with Annie (Sexy Filthy Boss review here), and just does not think it will happen to him. You know what’s going to happen when they get thrown together, but Piper Rayne does such a wonderful job at still making the story so intriguing! I just needed to know what their journey was going to throw at them. I read this in one sitting, and loved every single moment. It gets so steamy and Carm can actually be a total book boyfriend qualifier, despite his rocky start. I DEFINITELY recommend this book, this series, and really this author duo!!!

Every time I read one of these books I'm always so happy going in and I settle in for what is sure to be a great story. I have yet to be disappointed.

This time I fell in love with Carm. Now don't get me wrong, Piper Rayne writes great leading ladies, but lately, there has just been something about her leading men.

Carm was a player who didn't deny what he was because he was always honest and upfront about what he wanted. Even when he was fighting how much he wanted Bella. He knew he wanted her, but knew he couldn't have her so fought it. But this was such a funny, steamy, well-written fight between these two.

I really hope Piper Rayne continues writing these fantastic family-centered stories. I love the camaraderie and just the depth of love I always get along with the romance with these stories. And of course, the visit from Mauro and Maddie didn't hurt.

Enemies to lovers is one of my favorite tropes. The line between love and hate is so thin... you have so many emotions! The heat and tension builds and builds until it just explodes on the page! And this is no different.
What a book!
Carm and Bella are a couple that I’ll definitely be revisiting!

Piper Rayne is an author duo that knows how to bring it! I always look forward to a new release from them!

Tja und wenn ich schon Band 1 höre kann ich auch gleich Band 2 hinterher schieben.
Und leider bleibt es bei der selben Kritik wie schon beim ersten Band.
Es war eine amüsante und sexy Geschichte, aber leider hatte ich so meine Probleme mit der Protagonistin. Sie ging mir stellenweise so auf die Nerven, dass ich echt keine Lust mehr hatte weiterzuhören.
Schade, denn auch die Story war vielversprechend. Ich hoffe so, dass mich die nächsten Bücher des Autorenduos wieder mitreißen können...

This is book two in the White Collar Brothers series. I could not wait for this one. We get a glimpse of Carm Mancini in book one. Ok, maybe more than a glimpse, since he is such an important part of the Mancini brothers we saw a good amount of him. Anyway I couldn't wait to see who the woman was that would tame the next Mancini brother, because she would have to be someone special to give up his playboy ways. All I can say is the Bella was the perfect match for him!!

Bella just started her own business and her office is across the hall from Carm's. She's seen his billboards, she knows how hot and sexy he is. But she is also aware of his reputation. He is her enemy, her competition and completely off limits. She should hate him, but when she sees him and talks to him, she's not sure she hates him as much as she thinks she does. Carm on the other hand knows he should stay away, but it does not stop him from eyeing her up and down, not even doing it in a way that no one notices. They should hate each other, they're enemies after all. But the chemistry between them is there. Will giving in ruin their carers and leave someone with a broken heart in the process?

I really enjoyed this book. I loved that we get to see the funny banter between Carm and his brothers. This book has humor and wit and so much sexiness, and not just where Carm and Bella are concerned. But being that they are the main characters, I will say the the chemistry between them is off the charts. Carm is sexy and arrogant and I loved him. Bella has a little bit of a sassy and let's say not so shy side to her, which I also loved. She took charge and stuck up for herself when it mattered. I loved them together. I loved the fun times, the serious times and the emotional ones.

I am loving this series and the characters. It's like with each book you are reunited with your friends. They are all so much fun and each have their own role in this series. I loved Enzo and Carm but after reading this one, I think Dom may just take the cake on my favorite Mancini. After reading that ending, I cannot wait for his story!!

Sparks are flying off my Kindle with Piper Rayne’s Dirty Flirty Enemy! Carm and Bella blew me away in this sexy, fun and flirty new book!

Carm is a confident, successful man who you would take one look at and think he’s a jerk. Bella is not a rule-breaker and is working hard to bring her new business venture off the ground. But when Carm thinks Bella stole a customer of his, all bets are off between these two and that’s what the real fun starts ;)

Carm and Bella have the most amazing chemistry and the sexual tension is downright HOT. Both are hard workers, have their own ideas of how relationships should work and are dabbling in a little love/hate relationship of their own!

This story was fantastic, and I have to say I’m not sure how Piper Rayne is going to top Enzo and Carm’s stories!! I can’t wait to find out!

More Mancini brothers! Here in a enemies to lovers story that's full of banter and sass. We get Carm's story- the delicious playboy, businessman, and charmer. He's devoted to his business and profession, though he knows how to have a flirty good time. Enter Bella- who is also focused on her career. She's driven and ambitious- and also just so happens to be opening her office across the street from Carm's- cue all the business rivalry that turns into a sizzling chemistry and actually a quite stable mutual respect.

We have lots of humor and heat in this one- and we also have more serious moments as well as we figure out what makes these characters tick. Another great Mancini brother story- chock full of PR charm.

If you read Sexy Filthy Boss and thought Enzo and Annie were hot, then you’re in for a surprise. Dirty Flirty Enemy is an enemies-to-lovers story had it all. I couldn’t put it down, the sexual chemistry was scorching hot, the banter even hotter. Two ends of the real estate spectrum- two different people. They clash, but in such a good way!!!
Get ready to meet your next bookhusband, that’s right, husband. Carm is one you’ll want to keep forever!!!
Carmelo Mancini brings everything he has to this sexy, sweet story. He’s a man about town and all the ladies love him, except for Bella. She has strong feelings for him, but it’s more like hate than love, and the emotion is mutual. Bella is a thorn under Realtor Carm’s skin. Her FSBO business is all up in his now that she’s moved into the office across the hall from him.
But, he’s not going down without a fight… even if it means getting knocked off his manwhoring ways.
Carm is gorgeous, sex on a stick and he knows it. He’s also a man of integrity and when they end up spending time together, it’s not long before they’re both falling.

Mmmm, give me some Carmello!

I thought Enzo was yummy but Carm takes the top spot. I love his flirty ways! Bella is the perfect match for him. A strong woman is what the Manzini brothers need to tame their wild ways and Bella is that for Carm. I love the moment when they give into their attraction and stopped fighting it. I loved Dirty Flirty Enemy by Piper Rayne.

From the first page I was hooked, I loved Carmelo and Bella.
I enjoyed their banter, they made me laugh with their competitiveness and their chemistry was off the charts!
This was such a easy and entertaining read, the pages kept turning and my interest was held from start to end.

I love the relationship between the Mancini brothers and their family, these sexy, hot and passionate young men have captured my heart and I'm so happy authors Piper Rayne have shared them with us.

Dirty Flirty Enemy is a wonderful addition to the White Collar Brothers series, each book can be read as a standalone and I highly recommend this series.

Looking forward to Dominic's book next in Wild Steamy Hook-Up

Oh goodness - this one was awesome!
I really enjoyed this couple. They are perfect for each.
Of course, my favorite parts of this book was the glimpses of Annie and Enzo. I love those two!

woohoo! Carm Mancini totally stole my heart! He and Bella were perfect, even with their differences. It was great seeing Enzo and Annie as much as we did, and I will just say that Dom totally has me even more intrigued than he did in book 1. I am dying for his book, especially after the way this ended!

The Mancini guys are amazing!
