I used this in preparation for the CCRP exam. I thought it had a lot of good information. It lacks a little on the site side, but they are upfront about their minimal knowledge for the site side of research.

Best for someone with no clinical research background and heavily focused on pharma research with little understanding of medical device research. Still a useful guide and glad I picked it up.
