4.5 * I loved every little piece of this fanfic.
I loved it, loved it, loved it. It is exactly what I imagined would happen if Draco was in love with Hermione and wanted to save her.

I really enjoyed the tone that this fanfic embraced, it was that writing style that soothes my heart and that makes it possible for me that I can transport myself to the world that I am reading about and where I am able to feel strongly what is going on.
I liked that it starts with their first encounter and Draco is already bewitched by her young self right in the bookstore. Then it builds up on events that happened in every book and it is heartbreaking to see Draco saying mean things, although his real thoughts are complete opposite. He is so caged by his education and his fathers expectations, that he does a lot of things as he would be on autopilot mode.

I appreciate how we can see how his doings hurt him and how he knows that he cant be with Hermione, although he loves her deeply. We see his inner conflicts, his horrors that he had to face, we see his bravery when he tries to saves Hermione before dying, we see his sorrow and heartache following her death.

I must say that
