In Cheryl’s third book of poetry, she continues to show us a piece of herself. The words are raw and real and relatable. She writes poetry full of strength and feeling, and her photography is absolutely gorgeous. This book makes a beautiful addition to my collection!

I loved this book. It was such a good price and has so many lovely poems inside. The author is a really good artist as well. I am surprised that this collection is so inexpensive. You get a lot. The moon poems and nature poems were my favorite. Highly recommend.

1.5, this collection didn’t really make me feel anything. There were some good lines but the poems didn’t resonate with me at all.

This collection seemed just barely different than most poetry books, and that little difference made this book slightly better than the others.

This poetry collection is keeper

The Description of this poetry collection is true on whats in between these pages, Here is a snippet of the Description: "collection of poems to soothe your soul and set free your worry. Sometimes whimsical, sometimes sad, we all need a balance so we don't go mad".

Ok here my thoughts on this collection, the collection came into my life when i need to hear some of these poems. This collection made my heart and soul light enough to fly again. Made my mouth give a Genuine grin again and inspired me to write again

Not exactly my cup of Wildflower Tea

I enjoyed a few poems and lines from this collection, but few left me inspired or in a thoughtful sort of reverence for the author’s talent. Some lines and poems felt derivative and there didn’t seem to be a consistent thread of a theme or tone that carried throughout. I’ve read other works by authors that follow this style of poetry that have definitely struck more of a chord with me than this pleasant work of Cheryl. Some may definitely savor it!

I'm just really glad that my best friend gifted me this pure form of love. It's beautiful, each poem is so touching and the whole book brings a weird kind of peace and calmness. I had this small smile playing across my lips all the time while I was reading it. I re read some of the poem's just to feel the words twice and the feeling it brought inside me. It's the one of the best poetry book's I've ever read 🖤

Wow, What a Collection!

I really enjoyed the pacing and the rhyme scheme. I enjoyed and was uplifted by every poem. I could relate to the subject matter and it really hit home for me. I enjoy this author.

Magical poetry

I’ve read C Churchill’s book of poetry “petals of the moon” and this one is just as beautiful! I love the way she describes her pain and emotions through powerful imagery and finds magic in the way we each can bloom into the light. Such a good read!!!

As a poet and author myself, I have particular, discerning tastes.

With that said, I am vocal about telling people that "Wildflower Tea" is my favorite poetry book.

It holds my top spot because this book IS "my happy place". It is the first collection I have read that made me feel wholly seen, understood, and deeply connected. Cheryl's writing style is accessible, resonant, digestible, and rhythmic. I am a huge fan of all her work, as well as the woman behind it. I have bought copies for friends, and am so grateful this beautiful little book exists.

I haven’t had the easiest path
I have been dared to survive
That’s when others look at you
And wonder how you are still alive
Because folks they know have been through much less and lost their minds at the first digress
I can’t say I’m winning but I can say I’m here
I’m trying with every breath to survive every year
I may not be successful but at least I have my voice which hasn’t been stifled yet
Give me a moment
I will catch a flame
I will burn brighter than you have ever seen

Short but sweet

This was an interesting poetry collection. I enjoyed most of the poems, and I could feel the pain, lost, and confusion the author felt. One thing I felt that was misplaced was some of the titles at the bottom of the page. Many of the poems individually could have stood out better, or had a better impact, if the title wasn't a repeated word, or a word that didn't quite fit. It took me away from the beauty on the page. Otherwise, this was a good collection.

This book brings life to words. I have fond feelings I hold within the lines of these pages. There is gentle strength and powerful hope that cause a small smile. I find myself saying, “yes” to believing in myself and love and the light inside us all. Wildflower Tea and the words that Churchill writes are real and you will find the piece(s) that you connect with, and be glad you read it.

I’m new to the world of modern poetry, and this was one of the first collections that I purchased. I connected with this collection on such a personal level. I would recommend this to literally anybody who is into poetry.

"Life was perfect
Just
You
Me
And the wildflower tea
Like Romeo and Juliet
A love story
Most have never met
But all stories come to an end
And only some get
A happily ever after.
fairytales"

I loved this one!! I had high hopes for Wildflower Tea, and I was not disappointed. I’m going to have to reread it to mark my favorite ones. On the top of my head, I loved Stars on page 58 and Flames Of Yesterday on page 40.

It was alright but not as good as some of her other work. But I did find a few poem’s that I really liked. Not something I’d necessarily read again and I’m not sure I would recommend it to anyone. I enjoy petals of the moon by her more.

Beautiful poetry

It was a nice quick read to kill time during my super duper boring math class. The poems written to certain people are beautiful.

Read in one sitting. Different from the other poetry I’ve been reading. Reminded me to just live, be me. I am magic, and I have so much love to give. It’s a beautiful book of poems.
