Enjoyed reading this book - well organized, very practical steps to achieve more and have a greater impact on your sphere of influence. I've had the opportunity to meet Howard a few times and his heart and soul are well represented throughout - I love his commitment and praise to God. FTI would be a great book for a leadership team or small group to go through. The POD concept may likely be something you are already a part of, if not, implementing it will help bring your circle of friends closer, or effect more positive change in your workplace. Well done.

Another typical self-help book. No new ideas, just common sense recycled and rebranded with a few anecdotal stories to make the point that “anyone can succeed”
