May 30, 2019I’m not gonna give this one a star rating because I DNF’d it. I made it to about 30% and I quit. The writing wasn’t bad, I just didn’t like the h at all. She was immature, and quite frankly — gross. I also didn’t like the fact that she was only supposed to be 27 yet she had to have so much plastic surgery and Botox.

A broken rough childhood full of betrayal and loss as Judas was betrayed by his twin brother and spends years in prison growing up. Athena’s history wasn’t any better. Running away from the MC life to a another equally hellish existence had her mind reeling as she was kidnapped and brought back to the “family” she escaped from seven years prior.
Written in a graphic, dark, and gritty style, this second chance romance of sorts was well written, easy to read, and oddly complex.
More than the typical MC story.

Story line is great and I loved the characters. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Unexpected twists and turns had me reading this book in one sitting. Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read!

Athena left the MC live behind and became a porn start. Although she couldn’t forget Judas and Judas never forgot about Athena. She needs him to keep her safe but what will happen when sparks fly between them. Fast-paced read with lots of drama, suspense and steam. I was hooked from beginning to end. I loved it!

Judas: The Indignant Few MC by Deja Voss is a great start to another amazing series by this author. The Indignant Few MC is an emotional book that is filled with passion, danger, drama, betrayals and action. You will be caught up in this storyline from beginning to end as you are introduced to the lifestyle of this club. The characters of Judas and Athena was explosive and fiery with a deep intense passion as these two reunite.
I loved the back story of Judas when he was a young boy as he had to endure the loss of his parents at a young age, he struggled living with his Aunt and Uncle and started to act out which got him in trouble. But when he meets young Colt who takes Judas under his wing that friendship changed the course of Judas life as Colt's family and The Indignant Few MC brotherhood became the only family he knew and made him the man he is today. After years away from the MC after the death of her father, the only person Athena hated leaving behind was Colt as he was the one man she loved and who knew her the most.
Athena became a porn star and was going to leave that life when things take a turn, her brother's men come to kidnap her and take her back home and to the one man who always loved her Judas. Judas is the 1st book in the Indignant Few MC series by Deja Voss. It's a rekindled love story of a VP and his best friend's sister, the porn star. It was a good start to a new series I just wish the plot itself was more in-depth than it was. It skated over things instead of explaining it. It is told with a past and present which was nice. It helped to understand why these people grew up to be who they are now.
Judas is a troubled man with a good heart and rough edges. He's definitely the first biker I've read about that's a vegetarian that's for sure but the reason he is is sad and helped shape his life. Because of Judas good heart he gets taken advantage of and used by the people in his life who are supposed to love him and be there for him. Except his MC family including Athena who is his best friend and the president's sister. Growing up in the MC all she wanted to do was escape and she did when she was 17. She became a webcam star, got more plastic surgery than she can count, and built an empire. But she is an MC brat so she was running her own scams at the same time. When it was time to go she went home and saw Judas again. I wish I could say it was a fairytale reunion but man it wasn't. They both have so many issues with themselves they need to figure out before they can be anything to each other. But sometimes love does mean forever. And people will do anything for love.
I gave this book a 4-star rating and a 4-spicy rating because the characters are just CRAZY! Judas is probably the sanest out of them all. And I really do hope Colt's situation comes back to bite him. Athena's family is just so dysfunctional it's enjoyable to read. I was pissed at parts, laughing, and just like WTF? throughout most of the book. I can't wait to read the next in the series. I need more dysfunction like this.

This is a new author for me and what a lovely introduction to their MC world. This is the first book in the Indigent Few MC series. We have Athena and Judas to start it all off for us readers and we are off at a full out run. Athena leaves the MC lifestyle after her father is killed in hopes of finding a better ending. This breaks her heart as she has to decide between the club and staying with Judas or leaving him and being free. Athena struggles with this but makes a decision and goes with it. Judas has a interesting past and life story as well but he holds a special place in his heart for Athena. So when Athena contacts him because she is in trouble, can the lines stay drawn? Do they become blurred? Or are they crossed? This was a well written story which pulls you along feeling like you are front seat for the same crazy ride the characters are on. We also get introduced to a few secondary characters that have piqued my curiosity as well. I cannot wait to see where this series goes and get to learn more about these alpha men of Indigent Few MC.

Honestly, I have no idea how this author manages to write stories such as this one??? But it was fantastic to read. It was exciting, exhilarating, fabulous, erotic, violent, full of love, and OMG as I am a total looser it brought the tears out, such sorrow, such emotions this story brought out. What amazes me is the continuance of such good writing. I read all the Mountain Misfits stories and they were really great, then this story comes out and is the first in a new series, how I can absolutely NOT wait for the next story to be published. If this continous on like this one, we are all in for a great treat of stories. This story certainly gets five stars, it would get more if possible, but as it is not I happily give this one all five stars.

This is a great start to a whole new series by Deja and as I loved her Mountain Misfit series I was really looking forward to this new series and I wasn't disappointed if this book is any indication I think it will be even better

Miss Voss has done it again! She creates these characters that get under your skin and leave you breathless!
Judas is one that will stick with me for a long time. He is the kind of man that I struggle with needing and most definitely want.
Athena is vulnerable yet strong. She is the type of woman that I struggle to want to be.
They so definitely belong together.
Through all the strife and drama that is about these characters Deja has remained honest with her descriptions of her characters.
This is going to be an incredible series, but it is only the beginning. I am so ready to get on this ride and see it through with her.

Sizzling! Talk about smouldering, steamy and intense. The chemistry between the two main characters is white hot, off the charts explosive. Deja came through with this pulse racing, smooth flowing, gripping storyline and thrilling plot that launch this baby to life beautifully. Struggling with all the trials and tribulations, along with a few glitches and scrapes draw you in so deep you feel as though you're right there. Deja brings all of your stormy emotions bursting into play so realistically it's easy to get swept away. The characters and scenes are written with such realism it makes a perfect backdrop for this amazing read. Incredible job Deja, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.

Then we meet adult Judas...he’s now a gentle giant, somewhat, and is VP of an MC, and he still has a thing for his best friend’s younger sister. The best friend who is now the president of said MC. Since Judas’s life is always complicated, of course his relationships will be anything but sweet and quiet. Turns out that when Athena ran away all those years ago, she ended up being famous but now she’s in trouble. Lots going on in this book and I don’t want to give spoilers...just know that there’s a doped up ex, Russian mafia and a vengeful brother in the mix. Worth the read/listen.

Wow! I think I want Judas for my very own! This is the beginning of a new series for Ms. Voss and she doesn’t disappoint. Judas loses his parents young and has a very hard young life. His best friends sister, Athena, has always been special to him but circumstances prevent them from taking a chance on a relationship. When Athena is in danger, Judas, her brother and their MC help her out of a dangerous situation and allow them to pursue the relationship they both want. This is an amazing start to an exciting new series!!

VP, Judas and porn star, Athena's story was a gripping and smexy read. Both H/h came form very painful pasts but when Athena needs protection after her foolish money scheme with her business, President, Colt (Athena's brother), VP Judas and the Indignant Few MC came together to protect her no matter what. Story is entrenched in betrayal and deception but also loyalty and redemption.

I love a gritty MC romance and a Deja Voss book never disappoints. The characters aren't always perfect, but they are real. Judas is rough around the edges, but he has his own beliefs and he sticks with it through everything the brotherhood and life throws at him. Athena has grown up in the life and tries to run from it until she finds herself in trouble. The story is well written and the suspense keeps your attention.

This book is kicking off a new series with an amazing story. If you enjoy MC books with drama, suspense, intrigue, conflict, deception and twists and turns along with your romance then this is the book for you, and shall no doubt, be the series for you as well! There’s a really interesting plot in this book and there are also some interesting characters. This promises to be an awesome series as this, the first book in the series is brilliant.

I could not stop reading this. I had to tear myself away to be a responsible adult on at least two occasions. This book....*sigh*
The characters are well developed, I absolutely adore Judas and Athena. I can not wait to see these wonderful characters in future books. I love a book that leaves you with questions about secondary characters, and my curiosity is piqued with Law, Breaker and Colt. I am very excited to see where this universe takes us.

It was a decent read. I usually like my MC’s a little harder core, but the H had some endearing qualities that made you enjoy the book. He was good just a little rough around the edges. The story itself doesn’t go deep into anything just kinda skims stuff. There was nothing edge of the seat can’t put down about it. It was a quick read that flowed well so the pages turned well enough.

I really enjoyed this book. Athena and Judas were compelling and complex characters. I thought that the storyline was interesting and it held my attention well. The way that Deja wrote these characters is mind blowing. The details about them and their pasts are so emotionally captivating. Judas had such a rough start. He will always be special to me and will own a piece of my heart.

You know when you're reading a book, but it doesn't grab your attention and the writing isn't the best but you want to know what is going to happen... So you start reading it super fast & skipping parts (like the overzealous sex scenes) just so you can get to the end?.... That's me and this book!

Fantastic!💜
I really enjoyed this MC book. This story grabbed me from the beginning and I felt like it told a different story than the usual MC world. Brilliantly written. The narration was absolutely perfect.
This is book 1 and can be read as a standalone.
