just the again and again and againness of it all the on and on just one more time and time againness the never ending never mending never bending can’t stop now don’t look down don’t look round don’t look backness the keep moving onward upward wayward no turning back for everness of it all the going nowhere getting nowhere nowhere to go nothing to do nothing to be done nothing more to do the stupid stupid useless impossibility of it all the marching trekking running to keep still falling tumbling downness all the wailing weeping trying and crying screaming and steaming streaming spewing forthness of it all the car crash train smash whiplash pushback pitch black wrong track talkback talk talk talk cake walk left fork right fork the road more travelled thread unravelled bare wires sparking lightning arcing shockwaves barking mad and dangerous frontal lobotomy tracheotomy voice box electric shocks back from the dead and into the red flatlined deadlines collapsing in breadlines out of the headlines into the headlights into the head space finish the rat race crawling at snail pace trailing a snail trace over the rocky ground over the ant hill mound where it can never be found drowned in sound drifted away just hope and pray the day after day after day after night to fight for the right no flights tonight stay out of sight no holding on no right no wrong don’t stay too long get out while you can leave on the next train don’t stay out in the rain it’s all the same stay in lane in the hall of fame the wall of shame the wheel of death grinding down no holy ground no turning round no right turn no turning out right no u turn nothing to learn take the blame held in chains human remains nothing to gain nothing to lose can’t refuse light the fuse watch the explosion set it in motion boil the ocean from on dry land from where you stand no one understands the final demands reprimands and and and after all after all is said and all is done after everything we’ve been through after taste of the after burn of the ever and ever aftermath ah men ah men ah men to that to the boring boring bloody boring tedious tedious dull dull dull dull dullness hum drum drum drum drum banging on and on and on banging around in the dark banging into the furniture banged up bang to rights going to the seaside in a charabang bang you’re dead man don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time after time after time after time out of mind going blind so unkind no reason or rhyme like the white faced mime throwing rocks at the crowd so rowdy and loud shouting out loud hollering following hollow men now and then now and then and then come to an end end end die trying try dying high flying sky falling plane stalling hard landing keep your hand in but not understanding just keep on running don’t see it coming keep on trucking keep on fucking keep on sucking up to authority don’t let you be yourself like no one else like everyone else like battery hens like pigs in pens like wallowing like swallowing the lies all the lies all the compromise the dead behind the eyes no brain no shame all the same not to blame not me not me not my fault not my problem you are held in a queue your call is being recorded your thoughts are being reordered your brain is being restarted don’t start to be a martyr at heart don’t don’t give up try your luck what luck what luck
