What a gorgeous book honouring the love of foster parents and how by honouring a child’s heritage you empower them for the rest of their lives, especially when those children grow up and have children of their own.

This is a very simply made book with a homemade feel, but it has a real warmth and hope to it as a foster child is loved and supported, with the moccasins made by his foster mother as a tangible symbol of that love.
