Nice introduction

A nice introduction to the concept. Very quick and clear for anyone starting. Usually the recipes in these books are poor, but I found a few I actually wanted to try.

A lot of spelling and special errors. Just regulated internet facts. Recipes are somewhat complicated. Really do not recommend this

Guess this book does exactly what it was written for. It explains different forms of fasting . There are some good receipe’s included.

Easy to read and great recipes

Loved it, concise and straight to the point, definitely encouraged me to try it out, seems more doable rather than the regular fad diets.

??????? This effort has HOW many good reviews? WHY?

What a basic little exercise this is. There are real books on this diet. I mean ones that actually address the scientific research, and contain serious propositions for obtaining best results. I would advise anyone interested in this dietary approach to look at the books by Dr Michael Mosley, who is the authority on and originator of the diet. Fast800 for a start. This person must have a lot of accommodating friends to have garnered such reviews for nothing!
