I read this book due to its very appealing title. Of course, it has a Shakespearean reference to The Tempest hence its appeal. The book itself provides a great deal of material about the support Mary received from her husband and his work. It doesn't read as well as Shakespeare but if you are looking for background information on the creation of a novel by a teenage girl who had difficulties getting started with what would become a classic novel, this book could be useful to you.
