I'm no chef or even a baker but I love this little cookbook! All of the recipes sound like they could have come straight from the menu at the (alas) fictitious Cafe Nervosa. There's even a brilliantly written prologue with banter between Niles and Frasier Crane that reads like a scene lifted right out of the show. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but they all sound heavenly. There are sandwiches, muffins, deserts and coffee drinks, most named after characters on the show. Throughout the book are a few pictures (although not enough, IMO) and classic lines from the show, which make this the perfect book for any fan of the best show on television!

A mix of both scratch and baking mix recipes. It holds character conversations about the recipes along with quotes that go with the recipes. It's more of a collector's book, but the recipes are delicious, nevertheless! If you like 90's cookbooks, like me, then you will love this.

If i could find this book I'd buy it in an instant. this is a collectors book from frasier and while im never going to bake anything in here (lets be honest, this is complex niles/frazier food) its still hilarious.

the comedic banter in the pages and quotes from the show are great.
