As a huge fan of this wonderful TV show (The best ever, IMO), I absolutely love this book! It's filled with pretty much everything you'd ever want to know about the show and the cast members, including cast bios, episode guides, a history of the show and trivia. My only qualm about this book is that it was published in 1996, and only runs through episode 72, entitled "The Focus Group". Frasier fanatics should know that the show ran for 264 episodes and eleven seasons, so I wish they had done multiple books that covered the entire series. Still this is a must-read book for everyone who loves Frasier!

Reading this book was good for a change. However, it seemed to include every idle detail connected with Frasier at that time. (It was published at the end of the third season of Frasier. The show continued to run for another eight seasons!) As a result, it was a bit repetitive, too.

All in all, it was interesting to learn of how the show began and all the inspirational details that piloted the show to success. This show was a favourite of mine when it aired, so it was rather neat to see all the "behind-the-scenes" action.

It's a solid three stars for me.

Picked this up at a book sale, not realizing how old and outdated it was. Only covered the first three seasons of Fraiser. Still, interesting to hear how the show got started.

I didn't learn a darn thing about Frasier from this book, other than the guys who created the show originally wanted Kelsey Grammer to star in some other sitcom where he was a rich, eccentric tycoon who ran the world from his bed.

Otherwise it's a pretty standard and weirdly written fluff job. I don't think there are many books out there on this fantastic show -- which, sadly, starts to really take a nosedive a few seasons in -- so it's at least tracking down if you're mildly curious. Just note that the book was written super-duper early into the show's run, so it's far from definitive and definitely far from informative.

Also, some of the pages are literally just stolen from the show's scripts. Near the end there are two page's worth of lyrics from the ending theme: only one word is different in each.

A light read about one of my favourite shows. The character bios were somewhat hokey, but the behind-the-scenes information was worth the read. It's also interesting to note that some excerpts from scripts differ from the dialogue that was used in the show. I assume this is because it was 'first draft' material, or the dialogue was altered during shooting. Worth a read if you're a fan of the show.

Chock full of fun facts and interesting information about our favorite shrink show Frasier. The only drawback was the episode guide doesn't cover the later seasons. It must have been published before they aired.

A fun book, filled with some good info on Frasier up until about the 3rd season - when the book came out. Would love to see a book on the rest of the series up through 11. Frasier fans will find this book enjoyable.

A companion to the television show Frazier. I read it in one sitting. I loved the first few seasons of the show and I thougt the book had some great background information.
