There is a second version to this book that is more informative, but this is an interesting approach to Emotional Intelligence. Steven Simmons and his father have developed their Simmons Survey over the past 30 years. It is a survey that is used to help people align what they are doing with who they think they are.

I like this topic and this book because the tool has been very helpful in helping people to better understand their strengths.
