This is an excellent book for any rider. There are 24 stretching exercises to do on horse back. Each carefully explained in 3 steps. Then why do it, how to visualize it. There are pictures showing the exercises and links to videos showing the exercises. There is a section at the back talking about, the best seat, best leg, best you, etc. A must have for the riders library.
