A good introduction to assessment in TS. It seems like there is never enough time to actually count/evaluate what we are doing - just keeping ahead of the impending wave - but it was helpful to be reminded that there are a number of easy, short-cut methods to assess work and still create data that can help set goals. The authors of the various chapters set out valuable options to consider when trying to start an assessment effort. Overall a helpful work.

I enjoyed this book while working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. It gave me some things to consider as our library heads toward a new ILS (FOLIO). I wonder how the new ILS will be able to help us with stats for assessment.
