This is another stand alone Alpha Male🐺, Adult Sci-fi Romance. This one has lots of adventure on the new 🌎world dubbed Crashland, where the human survivors of the colonizing vessel, Wandering Star🚀 crash in their pods. The humans were on the way to the planet Arcadia🌍 when their ship was attacked.

Lisa and her brother Malcom are humans from earth that are heading to Arcadia to start a new life with many others and while in statis there ship and the wandering star and others where attacked and had crash landed and now upon awakening they must figure out how to survive and be safe on a strange new planet with everyone else scattered around and trying to work out how to come together.
Torran a Prytheen warrior scout crash landed on this planet after there failed attempt to take over the wandering star and the other ships and its humans, with his mates some injured they must find a place to stay and get medical help so Torran sets out to find the humans with his mates following behind and once they find there camp torran is shot by a human female and before he passes out and his friends kill her he saves her and makes a claim on her now she has to help him survive or they are all dead, torran has been in and out of consciousness only to wake and find that his comrades have taken over the camp and have the humans gathering food for them to eat. Now they have contacted more of there people and they will be here soon, Gurral the leader and his men are all evil and treat the humans as slaves and take over the camp and torran has a bad feeling that this is a mistake inviting here now he must find away to keep them safe as well as his mate Lisa. How does it all turn out read this story to find out. I voluntarily read an arc copy of this book for an honest review.

Lisa has left Earth for the Arcadia Colony with her brother Malcolm and seven other people. They were put in statis and when they were shot down their colony pods didn't land in the right area. Lisa isn't sure they are even on Arcadia. She is out scouting one night and she sees something creeping around the pod. She takes aim and fires and when she gets to the place where she shot someone she finds a Prytheen warrior. He an a bunch of prytheen warrior crash landed on the same planet as Lisa and the other humans. She takes the warrior into the pod to try to fix his wound. Torren finally gets to talk to Lisa after starting to heal. But alas other prytheen's begin to show up. Now she has to worry about dying from the other Aliens that come to the pod. Lisa and Torren find that they are attracted to each other. In the meantime LIsa is trying to escape being a slave to the prytheen. There is lots of adventure and action. Also we learn that the difference between the alien and human are not that much different. Great story. Really enjoyed it.

An entertaining sci-fi romance,

This was an entertaining read of human and aliens who crash landed on a planet inhabited by dangerous predators. The aliens were the same aliens that had attacked their ship and continued to attack and enslave them on the planet. Lisa was a human that had almost killed an alien named Torran. His comrades soon overpowered their small group, Lisa was forced to care for Torran as he recovered and in turn Torran developed an attraction to Lisa. While Torran was a "tracker" his comrades where little more that mercenaries and dealt harshly with the humans they regarded as prey. The characters were well drawn and the story line involved unexpected twist including a growing love between Lisa and Torran. I have no hesitation in recommending this book to all sci-fi romance lovers.

"Luck and perhaps fate."
Lisa, and her brother Malcolm, woke up expecting to colonize a planet. One they were prepared for, with a database full of information about, but one look outside, where everything was the wrong color convinced Lisa something hadn't gone according to plan.
Torran was a scout, trained with a set of skills particularly useful for surviving planet side. That didn't exactly mean he wanted to crash and try surviving without someone to watch his back while he was sleeping.
One of the things I loved watching both of these characters go through, was realizing that a person's skills, and ability to learn matters a lot at a time like this, but whether or not they are loyal and trustworthy is something ingrained, at their core, likely to remain consistent... and that's also something you need to know about them.
This done in one Kindle Unlimited quick read refers to the previous book, but is a solid stand alone read.

A cool sci-fi adventure romance story. Torrent an alien tracker meet up with Lisa, a human, who was wondering the words on a planet called crash land. She got the upper hand and shot him when she seen him from a far. From there, the story just takes off in a crazy adventure. Lisa has gotten in trouble multiple times and Torran has came to her rescue. Thus realizing that this was his faded mate, more or less. She has the save the humans from being enslaved and he needs to save her from being killed from his alien group. Should be easy.
Trust is a fickle thing even between the humans. The story is action-packed and a pretty good page turner. There is eventually an HEA. The author develop the characters fairly well, there are villains and there are those who are the underdog who prevail.

Lisa and other survivor families are stranded on the wrong planet they were supposed to start a new colony on another planet but something happened and they crash landed on the wrong one. Torran is a scout for his clan when he crash lands on a planet he goes out looking around and he comes across other Prytheen clan members who have crashed as well. They all go out and look for more survivors when they come across a human camp, when Lisa see’s aliens walking towards her camp she shoots Torran and from there Torran realises that this troublesome human woman is his mate. Lisa is in danger from his fellow clan members so does Torran go against his clan and stay with his mate?. This is an action packed story with some lol moments and I enjoyed this story immensely and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Even though this isn't my usual type of genre, now and then I just need a good steamy paranormal action novel. This book did NOT fail to satisfy! The continuous action mixed with science fiction and fantasy made this a quick read and one I'll probably read again. I definitely know I'll be reading more by Leslie Chase in the future. The steamy romance was explicit without being crass, and I love the no-cheating, soul mates, happy ending package that Ms. Chase promises. A really wonderful read that will draw you in from page one. Even though this is book 2 of a series, they are each stand alone novels you can read in any order.

This was my first book by this author and I received a copy in return for an honest review
Torrance and Lisa have a tense backdrop against which to build their love.
Crash landing onto crash land planet , the humans recognise they are stranded away from the target planet they were emigrating to. Torrance arrives as part of a group of alien scouts and soldiers. When Lisa shoots him in defence she becomes his nursemaid when the elite leader takes over the settlement and enslaves the humans.
A tense period follows leading up to the escape and fleeing to the larger settlement of humans in the valley.
The bone headed human in this book was Mr Carrington, not anywhere as stupid as Everly Scott from TLHoG but is close.
The fighting, and enslavement images are brought to life well by the writing style The world building and establishment of the culture Torran comes from is well scripted

Titan managed to get his flier down without damaging himself but his flier will not for again. So he sets out to scout the planet. He meets up with others of his race and they set out to take over a human colony. Lisa was out walking when she notices movement. She blend into the address and sees an alien and shoots him. Thorn stats awake long enough to keep his friends from killing her. Lisa's job is the heal him. Then as Torran is speaking with the new leader he realizes Lisa is his one, his mate. Now he must make sure she lives along with her brother and the other humans. But there is treachery within the human ranks.
Another adventure that will keep you breathless this the last page!!!

Torran is one of the honorable prytheen pirates who followed their Code and luck blessed him when he found his khara though she shot him first and injured him in the process. The story was slow building at first, guess the characters are establishing themselves in the story but picked up when they escaped from Gural. It wasn’t easy, there were dangers along the way, on a planet unknown to them. But life moves on and they may not be were they should be but as long as you were with someone you love, it’s home.

Book two in the Crashland Colony Romance series and the series is just getting better with each book. I hope there is going to be more books in this series. From the very first chapter this book grabbed my interest and did not let go until I was finished. Torrent an alien tracker meets up Lisa, a human and the first thing she does is shoot him. Their story has suspense, drama, danger, twists, turns, a woman who can not stay out of trouble, survival, crash landings, another family that is not nice, and romance. I have not read the first in the series but this book worked as a stand-alone and although this has no cliffhangers I can see other books adding to this series, and when they are released I will certainly take time to read them.
The blurb sets out the story what it does not tell how addictive this author might become. Having just finished this book, I am now off to see what I missed in the first book

I really enjoyed Torran and Lisa's story. It started kind of funny as they met when Lisa shot him but he quickly knew she was his fated mate. He also found out how strong she was and how loyal to the other humans and especially her brother. Torran respected Lisa for those reasons. He knew he had to get Lisa and her brother to safety to another human settlement on Crashland. His fellow Prytheens took the humans as slaves and Torran knew he would have to fight them to save Lisa. It was a bumpy ride in more ways than one but they reached their goal to safety among humans. They still have a few hurdles but they get their happily ever after.

This was book 2 of the Crashland series. This book was well written, the story flowed really well, and the characters were greatly developed. I loved that Lisa was strong, confident, smart and had a mind and voice of her own. Torran didnt try to change her; he loved her for those reasons. I'm glad that made a life together,and I cant wait for the next book. Seemed like the Vale needs more prytheen warriors among the humans...maybe Arvid needs a mate lol.

I actually liked this one better than the first one, considering how much I enjoyed that one it is saying a lot. Torran and Lisa are very dynamic and well-written characters and their chemistry is hot. I would definitely reread this and recommend it to others. It has so much detail offered that the planet really comes to life for the reader and you can appreciate their struggle to survive, and ability to love despite odds against them.

The ship Lisa , her brother and other families were on was brought down on an uncharted planet by Torrans alien race. Torrance and Lisa’s relationship started off with shots fired but eventually got steamy. They had to fight his people to get their freedom. There were some risky bits but an HEA was inevitable. Good read.

The fight for survival is a hard one. Some will make it others will not. New planet and a enemy that they have never heard of before. To get caught and then escape is good but in a hostile environment it will test them in ways they had no idea of. Exciting, danger, hunted and hunter who will survive. Awesome story. This male alien/female human book has an interesting storyline. It’s a case of fear and misunderstanding between the two that eventually is overcome, and they realize that they love each other. There’s lots of action and adventure as the humans’ crash land on the wrong planet and have to deal with aliens that are not all friendly. Can love overcome fear and differences? Have to read the book to find out!

An entertaining and very sexy sci-fi romantic thriller in which human colonists crashland on the wrong planet and must struggle with building their new lives. All while contending with blue skinned alien warriors intent on taking them over, lock stock and barrel. A well written story with a pair of diverse lovers and their struggles to stay together. Very nice!

Enjoyable, compelling and addictive
This book was hard to put down! Torran and Lisa were an odd pairing, especially since she shot him at first sight, but their relationship grows from that point. He spends a lot of time recovering, and we learn how cruel his people can be. There is a lot of action, fighting, escaping, loving, it's just a difficult story to leave before you absolutely have to put the kindle up so you can get up for work in the morning.

DNF. I’m so over the human = slave/breeder/sex bot/weak prey, Alien is master of all and I can treat the stupid human female like the filth I scrape off my shoe but she’ll love me and accept me ‘cause I’m purple/blue/green/multi hued and therefore sexy.

An enemies to lovers alien romance. They caused the humans to crash on an unknown world and she will do everything she can to protect her brother and friends. But shooting an alien may be the end for her in more ways than you would expect. I do love the tenacity of Lisa. She has both aliens and some humans to put up with. And sometimes the humans are the worst. Plenty of fighting and action. And don’t forget the hot alien, Torran. I know Lisa can’t.

Crashland home
Nothing like waking up to confusion. The author did a fantastic job of taking us to a land out of this world and then making sure the HEA came with a lot of excitement and effort. These settlers may have not ended up where they intended, but they have the fortitude to overcome all obstacles. Even the ones in the way of love. I can’t wait to see what the author comes up with next.

Shooting your only ally might not be the smartest choice but Lisa's "week" is not going well. Torran is an alien warrior and apparently fates have granted him a difficult mate.
It's sort of slow building and there's great detail of how the characters are individually.

I thought this sci-fi, alien romance was very enjoyable. The plot was fun and exciting. I could easily feel the pull of attraction between Torran and Lisa and I thought their chemistry was smoky. With lots of emotions,adventure, danger and action, this book captures and keeps your attention. A really good read. This is my honest, voluntary review.

Fun fast read. I did read the first book in this series so I had some additional background but this does work as a stand-alone. Good character development and a hot alien who finds his fated mate. I liked Torran—he was great to have around and Lisa was just right for him. But they have their own problems to deal with. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

Absolutely Captivating
This book is just as great as the previous ones and holds your attention from beginning to end? A love story with enough action and drama to keep you on your toes with awesome characters. A beautiful series; I loved each one and waiting anxiously for more to come.
