He's a secret agent,in the face of danger he laughes
He can solve problems with the use of arts and crafts
He can kill you dead without a single gun or bullet
He like Mr Wizzard hit the gym and grew a mullet
He makes chick cry, you to, come on don't lie
He's the master of the jery rig that's a fact
He's like Beakman and Bill Nye on crack
Makes his own clothes, cuts his own hair
Shaves his bawlz with plastic silverware
If you're trapped and there's no way out
Give MacGyver a shout and without a doubt he'll know
Whatch as a saves your life with a swiss army knife
How did he do that no-ones know
This is the McGuyver Show.

Brett Terrill has cast a wry look back at the "science" of 'MacGyver', discussing humorously the solutions to some of the terrible scrapes the Phoenix agent finds himself in during the course of the series.

Really cool way to realize which of MacGyver's tricks were actually possible.

Disappointing. I was hoping for something a little more scientific and a little less cheesy.

Don't mix this up with the new Macgyver series.
This is from the original classic.
Thus you right in guessing that much of it is outdated. But it's still a fun read.
It's very light hearted! Some random knowledge will be imparted and even the honesty of things that will not work!
If your a fan of the series, you'll love it. It's an easy read with short chapters and nothing that will tax your brain in any way.
Enjoy.
