This book is very short and would probably web well received in a preK-1st grade setting. It would be a good book to lead into a lesson on weather. The pictures would also be helpful with teaching ELLs weather vocabulary, because they could associate the illustrations of the various types of weather with the printed representation of the vocabulary words.
