I think this book is the ultimate guide to working effectively. It is easy to read, gets straight to the point, and concise, with very helpful tips, not just on how to work but also on how to live. It also contains beautiful quotations. I recommend this book to anyone who would like to improve their performance in work/life.
This book, from the happy and beautiful year of 1995, has now been superseded by a million blog posts, podcasts, youtube videos, and TED talks on "how to werq gud" in corporate America, and is no longer worth anything as a read.
The goal of the book is to save time and energy. It is a labor-saving device. Now there are a thousand thousand such tools available for free on the phone at any moment, this book is, sadly, redundant.
~ “Mari Bekerja Lebih Pintar”, Mingguan Mutiara, 3-9 Mei 1995.
Read this book through Kindle Amazon app. Very useful for the people who usually loose their time like me. Easy to read, easy to understand the quick tips. :) Will apply these tips on my daily work. Thanks to author.
This book is worth your time and money. Whether you are into business or a student doesn't matter, it gives you minute self help and disciplining strategies. If you work on it, you'll be on top. The one strategy I tried from this book is Setting Goal. The first goal that I set was to complete reading this book by the end of July. Here I go, I have done it. As it's said in this book, it's COMMITMENT that is important. Last but not the least, don't forget to "Work Smarter Not Harder" 😄
