I received this book for free from the author. After the first paragraph or so, since I read on my phone, I went to see my average daily usage. I knew it was going to be high, but, I was stunned at my number. I know I’ve been using it to hide, to not deal with things, but, time to wake up, heal, and start living again. I’ve wasted so much time, already. Thanks for the true eye opener. Over 10 per day. Not good, but it’s not forever. Worth the time to read, if it’ll help you get your life back on track.
