After returning from Orthicon, the Cartoon characters form the Cartoon Republican Army and try to settle things with the real Republicans in Congress.
That all goes haywire when a toon shows up and sets off a barrel of explosives, making the situation worse.
Will the toons win their fight for equal rights, or will they turn on each other before they get equal rights?
You'll never know unless you read.
