The Royals of Manchester #1

Tempting Her Royal Princes

Rate this book
This secret bad girl is fit for a king . . . or two.

Cade Alexander Charles Windermere is looking for lust in all the right places. Barely able to go a day without a dolly, he’s one step away from embarrassing his royal family and the whole nation on a world stage. When a night of heavy drinking shines bright the next morning, can Cade finally make a choice on the life he wants to lead, instead of excusing his behavior away because of his parents’ wishes?

Alexa Savage is beautiful and bright. She’s a third-year law student at Yale with a mind of her own and no problem using it. She’s passionate and fun and right up Cade’s ally if only she wasn’t such a freak in bed. Weighed down by desires she deems unseemly, Alexa doesn’t think any man would really, truly want to be with her beyond the bedroom. Can Cade show her differently?

Xander Couture has known Alexa for years, although they’ve never ventured beyond the friend zone. He knows she’s smart, beautiful and sought after on a number of levels. His protective, big-brother presence is both endearing and infuriating until Cade shows these two that sometimes a good time includes a third wheel.

Tempting Her Royal Princes is a standalone, Naughty-as-hell romance from your new favorite author Harper West. Sometimes, being a bad girl can feel SO GOOD. Get ready for a spanking-hot read with an alpha bad boy royal & a sexy friend to lover romance.

Up & Down

There were too many emotions that I was feeling while reading this and about half way through I knew it was going to be a challenge to finish. Alexa comes across as this fierce and strong woman but after awhile you just simply
get the feeling that’s she’s just a nympho and stringing two guys along for her riding pleasure. I was really disappointed how she refused Xander’s proposal and then turned around and said yes to Cade; why because he’s the future king? It just made it seem as if Alexa was just a gold digger looking to make her next move. Then you have Xander, poor Xander. You feel for him the whole time because he is seriously the lap dog who is begging for scraps. Though I didn’t like how Xander always seemed to runaway instead of staying and fighting and their whole dynamic made it hard to enjoy this book.

Uncordinated

I like Harper west but with this one it's like trying something new. Nothing really adds up. King, mainland, New York? One being with cade than both and single in less than 1 day without any other knowledge moving ingame together after on night. To fast
1/3 way in the story I quit. I couldn't get into it or even wrapped my head around it. Sorry.

Another great threesome by Harper West!

Take a woman a Prince & a best friend throw in twin babies & you've the makings of a great story!
This one ticks all the right boxes! Can't wait to read the rest!

Harper West wrote another compelling hot, hot, hot story.
Realistic and unrealistic to us peasants, but rooting for everyone to get their happy ever after.

Enjoyed the book but was astonished at how shallow Lex and Cade were and really wanted to slap her silly for treating Xander so horribly but also wanted to slap him too for letting her use him like that. I just hope book 2 is better, that's if there is a book 2
