The book starts slow with a personal story all the standards and principals that exist around the world the accounting profession. If you went past that then you took the bait. Because what comes afterwards are a thorough explanations of what accountants go through mixed with stories and example that helps you see that the standards and rules are not for nothing, controls are not there to discourage trust.
It is a great book for accountants.
