I do a certain amount of tutoring for the bar exam, and this book can serve as an excellent resource for preparing. Various editions of this book have been in print (I bought my first one when I was in school in 2004), and there is a reason why it's included in so many bar exam prep programs. I particularly like its very concise rule statement and the way it fully explains the answers to the various questions.
