You might wonder why I have given two stars because the information in the book was something that you can learn through an online course like some specific courses including 'the science of well-being' provided by Coursera and another course was the science of happiness in edX. The contents in the science of well-being course are pretty much similar in terms of content. These concepts are somewhat would be in the subject of psychology and these have information that I learned throughout my undergraduate process
This book would be always beginner-friendly again and I got this book around 5 years back and kept procrastinating and pretending to read it but this was the time I got to read them.
I feel there where some irrelevant content that was not necessary at all include the quotes session because anywhere you can get quotes especially across google.
