RAW: "My Country, Right or Wrong!"
There are very few books on Intelligence Agencies in Marathi and that on Indian agency is rare. This book should be counted as one of the best among them. It takes you through major crisis events India went through and the role of RAW played in it. There nothing explosive or sensational in this book but events are well detailed. Go for it, it's a good read!

Raw ही संस्था आणि तिचे महत्त्व या पुस्तकातून समजून आले. Raw चे बांगलादेश युद्ध, सिक्कीम विलीनीकरण, काश्मीर प्रश्न, नेपाळ इत्यादी यशस्वी मोहिमांचे वर्णन यात अतिशय बारकाईने केले आहे.
बांगलादेश युद्धात RAW ची भूमिका किती महत्त्वाची होती हे पाहून थक्क व्हायला होते.
प्रस्तावनेत रवि अमले जी नी म्हणल्याप्रमाणे आपण आपला इतिहास विसरता कामा नये.

नुकतेच वाचलेले मराठी पुस्तक , एकूण २४ प्रकरणांमधून संपूर्ण भारतीय गुप्तचर खात्याचा संक्षिप्त इतिहास लिहिण्यात लेखक यशस्वी ठरले आहेत . भाषाशैली जरी वृत्तपत्रातली असली तरी त्यात वाचनाचा आनंद कुठेही कमी झाला नाही . भारतीय गुप्तहेरांनी देशासाठी केलेला त्याग वाचून त्यांचा अभिमान वाटून येतो . त्याग करूनही हि संस्था राजकारणी लोकांमुळे एव्हढी दुर्लक्षित झाली हे देशाचे दुर्दैव आहे .

A good book about RAW but could have been a lot better.

A good book providing enough info about RAW to underline their work and importance. The book is obviously biased towards RAW but also keeps hinting its bias about Indira Gandhi and congress vs BJP leaders. Could have been lot better.

There are very few books in Marathi based on RAW or the successful operations of the Indian intelligence agency. However, among the few available, this book is an excellent example. It provides detailed information about many of RAW's successful missions. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
