Excitingly Outstanding
Absolutely LOVED Dark Prince’s Enigma!! Loved that I.T. Lucas paired up Lokan and Carol. The bombshell dropped at the end just makes it even more exciting. I have a strong feeling that a harrowing yet exciting adventure is headed their way. The sweet ending with Magnus, Vivian, Ella & Parker was just the best I was even teary eyed. Stunning, exceptional and masterfully written.

There's lots of good stuff going on in this book!
I didn't really like Carol at the start of this one. I don't know why, but the picture of her bouncing around anxious for gossip didn't fit what I remembered of her from earlier books and it was annoying and unbecoming. So was the attitude that she just HAD to see Lokan, for some reason. It didn't fit..
Speaking of Lokan...I have fallen for him even more. There is something about a bad boy in love... even if I wasn't excited about Carol being his truelove mate. He is in a rough spot and has tough decisions to make.
This book has brought the excitement back, as well, but left me full of questions...Who is Lokan's mother? Have Areana and Tula survived all this time? If so, will they be found in Navuh's harem? If you've read the prequel books (Goddess's Choice and Goddess's Hope), you can't forget Annani's husband and truelove mate Khiann...So how will that be addressed and solved? And on and on and on...
I can't believe I'm nearing the end of this series! I'm anxious to find out if everyone gets his or her happily ever after!

Another great one in this series. Lokan and Carol may be fated mates, Lokan may be the son of a God, Lokan may be Kian's true cousin. Can we trust him? I am still weary of him. He is a great manipulator. We don't know his true intentions. He was willing to let Ella and Vivian die on the island if he needed to.
Carol's intentions to spy on Lokan backfired. She is not his mate and I don't see how she can put the clan before her mate. She is determined to get on the island at all costs. I feel she is rushing into things too quickly.
I am looking forward to the next installment and how this will all play out.
It was great to witness the union of Magnus, Vivian, Ella and Parker. That was so beautiful. They all deserve a great happily ever after. I can't wait for them to transition.

SURPRISING!!
Carol has been a prominent figure throughout The Children of The Gods series, always the funny, good time girl, the cousin everyone loves, but few take seriously. After her kidnapping, and subsequent escape, she changed a little, became more settle, but her spirit was still there, waiting for something or someone. Carol believes it is a mission to infiltrate the Doomer's hidden island, but what if she's mistaken? What if her actual fate is tied into more than just the island itself, what if it also includes Lokan as well? Things get pretty heated between the pair rather quickly once they meet, so perhaps fate has a hand in what occurs.

Dark Prince’s Enigma KU 284 pgs **** 7/21/21 Lokan & Carol
4 stars. I loved this book! It was so enlightening to see Lokan in a different light with Carol and even with Kian. I loved hearing more about his life as a Doomer and especially as one of the sons of Navuh, who is just downright evil to everyone. He and Carol have great chemistry but she is so strong and I love that she doesn’t get so “silly and mushy” as other women do with their true mates and she has no problem in saying what she wants or asking Lokan to do something for her. It was amazing when Annani met Lokan and shed some light on who might be his mother. Can’t wait to continue this story

No Surprise Here ! 5Stars !!!
Loved it ! I have read every book in the series and so far have loved them all ! I.T. Lucas has woven a world of immortals and a goddess into a work of art ! Let the fantasy begin . I'm so glad that Carol finally has a shot at a happy ever after with a fated mate . Too bad Lokan is the enemy . But stranger things can happen than love between enemy's . Adult only readers due to sexual content . I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did . The ending has a big surprise that leads off into the next book . I can't wait to read it !!

Really enjoy this series and the world of our immortals continues to develop and grow. The story is now really turning towards the matter of over coming the Doomers and can Lokan convince Kian to trust him and believe he has the best interests of his people at heart, after all how can a son of Navuh have any compassion?
Although this is the 29th book in the series it looks as though we are really going to get our teeth into the world on the island and may be gain access to Navuh's harem.
Great characters and plot development, looking forward to the next book in the series.

Glad that we are back on track to the quality of this series with this new couple. I have always liked Carol and I am glad that she is finally getting some reward for everything she has been through.
I actually find myself liking Lokan now that we understand his reasons for his actions. A couple of things I did not like were the suddeness of their bond and it's a bit unlikely after thousands of years that Lokan would have such a quick u-turn.
I will be interested to see if the Areana theory works out in the next couple if books.

These are my favourite books Atm. And my favourite author. This story is wonderful. Only problem is i read it too quick. Cant wait to see what happens next whether lokans mother is indeed areana and whether Carol can sneak into the harem .I bet Turner will work out how to accomplish this. Love this series I.T lucas you're the best

Can't get enough of this series .
I love every book . They just keep me wanting more . I always knew Carol was gonna get hooked up with a guy who would put her in a position to get the "job" done on the island . Now the question is,will she be able to get out so she can have her happily ever after ?

There's no words! I.T. Lucas. Stupendous
I'm a screaming right now book 30 was no disappointment! A series I've read would have lost fire by now, this series just keep picking up steam. A beginning, middle and end with everything in between. The series is like watching a 5 star television series and the anticipation of waiting for the next episode. Hurry with the next please!

Another Winner
I enjoyed this book because it shows how once again it appears “The Fates” are bringing the rivals together to see what choices will be made. I love how the author really covers the different characters through this series. The series is long with paying attention to so many people is only to be expected! It is excellent and does not disappoint!

A Big Fish!!
The Guardians caught a big fish named Lokan! The fish is not what he appears, educated, intelligent and clever. But underneath all of that, he stinks like a fish. Lokan is all about Lokan and he's not going to refer to Kian and the clan. My hope is that Carol will take him and I know she's up to the task.

Interesting
It's interesting the instant connection that is felt and recognized between Lokan as Carol. Makes the other's question the validity of the mate bond due to Lokan's tendencies to manipulate people to get way he wants. A few more things come to life throughout their story as well, and you'll definitely be wondering if the ending will come to fruition.

Can’t read fast enough!
Like all of the books this one is just as good! I couldn’t put it down! The author is amazing! My only regret is the audio is so far behind. At least when I read the series a second time I will be able to listen too!

I love this series! The books are a little too short for me to actually consider them a full length novel, but having said that ... it is nice to have a little suspense in waiting for each book to come out so I can find out what happens next.

Did anyone else think this series looked stupid .. I kept seeing it pop up on my kindle and audible and even on my facebook. When I noticed the 1st in series was included in my Audible escape package, I was like OK, Whatever.... now its a must buy............I.T Lucas , I’m impressed!

Wow even the enemy cam grab your heart. Imagine if everything you'd ever known turned out to be a lie? When your enemy is better to you than your own family how do you know what's real? The journey through this series is emotional and gripping. I can't wait to see what's next.
