Zoe finds herself reaching out to her stepbrother Nathan looking for a place to stay. Only problem is Nathan didn't know he had a stepsister. He reluctantly agrees to let her stay a few days after she explains their parents are now married to one another. Things aren't easy for the new roommates as they learn to share Nathan's apartment. Zoe finds things out about Nathan that she really had no intention of ever knowing & Nathan has to learn to adjust to having family close. The two find themselves becoming attracted to each other but try to keep their distance because they are family. Eventually the temptation becomes too much & they can't keep their hands off each other. Nathan teaches Zoe about his type of kink & Zoe teaches Nathan about experiencing sex a different way. All the while they both grow closer to each other. But when their parents come for a visit, things take a turn & Zoe has to decide what she wants.
Nikky Kaye delivers a fun, sexy & entertaining romance story about two people trying to wade their way through a developing relationship. She told him that his father told her it was ok for her to call upon him and to crash at his place…why, because they are now related because her mom is now married to his father. Why does she need a place to stay? After their parents got married Zoe moved to NYC and was screwed out of the apt she had rented so she needs a place to stay.

Although The Naughty Step is the second book in the Billionaire Book Club series, it works perfectly fine as a standalone novel. I read it as a standalone novel, and had no issues in understanding the story. That being said, I do now wish to go and give the prior book a read, simply so I can appreciate this series in full when future books are released.
The Naughty Step is one of those stories that pulls you in from the start to the finish, allowing you for a quick one-sit read that hold your attention the entire time. Despite the length of the story, we get to experience plenty throughout the tale. There is drama, there are steamy moments, there are entertaining moments, and no matter what every moment will leave you feeling something – even if that feeling is simply addiction to this story.
It’s very much a story you cannot put down; a short, sexy, and funny read you are sure to enjoy if you want a little escape from the world. I’ll admit that I would have liked it to be a little bit longer, that I would have liked a little bit more drama, but that’s just me. It’s a rounded up four stars (one that was extremely close, hence the rounding up), but that’s only because I was left wanting more from this. Not in the sense that I wasn’t happy with the way the story played out – simply that I felt as though this story had the potential to be truly mind blowing had it been a full-length novel.
Nevertheless, it was a great read. It is certainly worth picking up for anyone looking for a quick hot read to pass some time.

I swear I can't get enough of this author or her highly entertaining and steamy characters.
Yeah Nathan is your typical alpha male who has no inkling to get married or stay with the same women past a date or two. Now, he has a woman showing up at this apartment stating she is his step sister. A younger woman to add an added layer of lust. What choice does he have but to help her. Zoe is in New York for an internship and her apartment fell through now she is dependent on a man who is her mothers new husbands son. Do, you like how I tried to confuse you? Well....these two living under the same roof is entertaining enough and then you add in an intense attraction, the heat level rises and explodes.
Each character has a lot to offer and I will guiltily admit Nathan being in a book club with fellow millionaires is extremely HOT!!!! I mean when I'm addicted to books myself, what better type of man is a great attention drawl than one that likes to read and discuss those books. And yeah, I love the fact that he read Fifty Shades of Grey.
I recommend this book so that you can laugh out loud (a very healthy emotion we all need to experience more), have your girlie bits go into tingle mode (another thing we need to experience more), and discover a author who will work her way up to your top list of must read books.

This was short, sweet, sexy, and funny! I loved that he was in a book club for men. These two had good chemistry and the book flowed well, I really enjoyed it. Zoey and Nathan struggled with the fact they were stepsiblings, there was an age gap, and they kind of were from 2 different worlds. But it had a HEA and I read it in a day. I received an exclusive arc of this.

Another really enjoyable short, hot and funny read from Kaye - while it's book two in the Billionaire Book Club series, it can be read as a complete standalone. When Zoe turns up at her step-brother's New York apartment, assuming their newly married parents had told him to expect her for the summer, she soon realised he had no idea who she was, let alone that his dad had married her mum. He reluctantly agrees to put her up "for the night" but that one night turns into many, along with totally un-sibling like feelings towards each other. The fact that they'd never met, that they hadn't grown up together or shared any blood lines at all meant I could really enjoy the simmering chemistry between them without the usual "ick factor" I get when I've tried other step-brother romances.
Kaye, as ever, just seems to have an effortless comedic style, peppered with some hot romance, that keeps the story bouncing along to its climax. My favourite of her reads so far and a great 4.75 stars from me, only losing that elusive extra quarter as it ended too quickly - I've said it before and I'll say it again, I can't wait to see what she'll do with a full length novel. Fast becoming one of my favourite pick me up authors when I'm in a reading slump.

Zoe shows up at Nathan’s needing a place to stay for the summer. Surprise, she’s his new step sister, his dad married her mom and didn’t tell him. So, because he’s a nice guy, he lets her stay with him. The chemistry between these two is off the charts and they can’t fight it for long. Honestly, not sure they tried real hard😉. Whew, this was a seriously hot book and man can Nathan dirty talk with the best of them. Nathan was used to being a rich single guy with a real naughty side, and with the riff between he and his dad, he had a few walls up. Zoe is like a ray of sunshine and exactly what he needs.
This was a safe read with some seriously naughty times and a little bdsm. Shit ton of baby batter, older man and younger woman. This book was also really funny with her sarcastic humor, had me laughing my booty off. We get to see the couple about a year later, still going strong and him popping the question for their hea. Can’t wait to read more books in this series about the other guys in his book club. Those guys *shakes head*, they are all handfuls....can’t wait.

Where is the 8 Star button? Read My Lips was naughty, delicious, sexy, sizzling fun that made me squirm, made me laugh out loud, made me grin from ear to ear! I thought The Billion Heir was great, but Read My Lips was INSANELY better. If I could I would give this MANY stars because it was THAT entertaining.
I don't usually get into the step sibling type of romance. But somehow, Nikky Kaye brought this into a WHOLE new AMAZINGLY FUN, FUNNY, AND DOWNRIGHT HOOOOT light that has me rubbing my hands together for MORE. This has got to be the BEST book by Nikky Kaye. It was so amusing and the naughtiness of it made me feel dirty (the GOOD kind of dirty) and had me panting. It was SENSATIONAL! I can't wait to reread this one again.

For someone inexperienced Zoe is perfectly grounded. Yes, she has this one insane laughing fit, which is the tipping point of their relationship, but still, it's a nicely written interaction.
Nathan's issues with his father are explained, then reaches critical point, is confronted and solved to their best ability. His issues don't drag out for hundreds of pages being annoying.
The couple fall in love and admit it at a normal pace in story. There's no huge angst, and unnecessary drama.
The only weird thing that could have been written better was the but that corresponded with the first book, if you haven't read the first book, then the overlap would be incomplete. The scene where Zoe tags along to a viewing of Lucas apartment with Alexis is written in detail in the first book, and just referenced here. For a standalone novel this should have been written better.

This is a fun, quick and sexy read. If you’re like me, this can be read in one sitting. I’m a sucker for a good step brother romance. It gives people a taste of forbidden fruit without being too naughty. And The Naughty Step does not disappoint!

Their parents are recently married, Nathan not being close to his dad doesn’t even realize he has a step sister until Zoe shows up to be his new roommate. Their attraction to one another grows after they live together for some time. It’s entertaining to see each character have these internal feelings for the other but neither one of them wants to act on their growing feelings for obvious reasons.
This story is set at a fast and steady pace, keeping the readers interested the entire time. There’s a touch of BDSM without overdoing it. It’s funny and silly, while still being steamy and sexy. There is a happily ever after for these two!

I loved The Naughty Step. I read the whole book in one sitting. I found it to be really funny. I would not put this completely into the smut category like other step romances. I think this would be a good read for everybody, especially if you are new to step brother romances.

Nathan is a 32 year old billionaire who is used to being on his own and doing what and who he pleases when he pleases. That is until Zoe walks into his apartment needing somewhere to stay. After their parents got married Zoe moved to NYC and was screwed out of the appt she had rented and had to stay with her new hot step-brother. She can't seem to keep her eyes off him and he can't either. After they give into their desires it's a whirlwind romance. I loved this book. Love the guys in this book club. And can't wait to see who's next up in this club.

I'm really liking Nikky's style of writing!
When i first read a little of this in the last book i was dying to get my hands on it!
Nathan was hot and possessive but he was also very aloof.
He didn't want a relationship, didn't really want a step sister but when she turns up at his door, he couldn't really say no.
But when she stays there a little longer he starts to pretty like her.
Zoe was cute and innocent, a little naive at times but when her step father says she could stay with Nathan but he has no clue.. she was a little down but she literally jump at him when he said she could stay.
I can't wait to see what's next!

I loved this book. This is a fun, sexy, quick read and can be read in one sitting. This the 2nd book in Nikky Kaye's Billionaire Book Club series and it did not disappoint. The two main character really work well together even tho there was a time or two that I wanted to slap Nathan and hug Zoe. I look forward to the next book in this series. In order to understand what the Billionaire Book Club is you will want to read book books in this series. I highly recommend this book and series.

A really quick, fun, enjoyable read. Not usually a fan of the the whole step thing but read a few good reviews so thought I'd give it a go. I'm glad I did as it's a really good story. The characters are really loveable, the chemistry is hot and was left wanting more.

The characters were well defined with a developed story line that flowed throughout delightfully. Readers will fall in love ❤️ with Zoe and Nathan as quickly as I did and cheer for them to make it. Nikky Kaye has hit it out of the park again and remains a premiere romance author. She continues to write what grasps the readers attentions, needs and desires. A must read!

Another amazing read by Nikky Kaye , this is a super hot taboo romance that will keep you hot and heavy .Nathan is alpha sexy and Zoa was cute and innocent they were opposites but they just clicked and made sense I know I'll be reading more by this author .

Nathan and Zoe are off the charts hot! This story captured me from the beginning. Zoe is sassy and Nathan is dominant. He likes control but doesn't need it! Very well written and safe!

Super sexy story of a girl who has no choice but stay with her new step brother whom she's never met. He has a few secrets that if they are revealed will more than likely scare her away. Little step sister can't help but be attracted to the man she's related to only in name, not blood. But she's innocent and doesn't even think she can seduce her newest roommate.
These two can only fight their attraction so long before the tension will have to break.
I love Nikky Kaye stories because they hold your attention and give me exactly what I'm looking for as far as story lines and character development. This couple face real life dilemmas and situations. The Naughty Step is short enough to read in one sitting but full of turmoil and emotion.
These two can only fight their attraction so long before the tension will have to break.

Oh my goodness Nikky, what a naughty, saucy story that makes the reader blush, temperatures to rise, panties melt, and cold showers required.
Nathan is man that is happy with the life he is living until an unexpected visitor shows up on his doorstep.
Zoe is just starting out in a new city, with a new job, after finishing college. But her plans take a small turn and she ends up needing help from her new stepbrother.
What started out as Nathan helping is new 'sister' for a short period of time turns into something deeper, something he never thought was possible.
But given Nathan's past and Zoe's naivety, can they have a meaningful relationship or will this connection turn into something they regret?
I loved The Naughty Step greatly and seriously didn't want to put it down. The passion that flows between Nathan and Zoe is electrifying and deliciously dirty. I love their banter, each giving as good as they get. Their love can't be diminished no matter what anyone has to say, they make their own decisions and takes the steps to make a life their own way.
I enjoyed The Naughty Step and highly recommend it to those that love a story about two people that come together through unexpected circumstances and find a love worth fighting for. This book will have you swooning for Nathan, panties melting from all the dirty talking, and leave you sated and satisfied, yet in need of a cold shower.

A surprisingly good read for me!
This is a new author but I found myself totally taken by the story. Well written and well paced. You could feel the tension and also the feelings in the characters that the author was trying to emote. I was expecting another fluff step-sibling romance but this one was a bit deeper and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Only thing that was missing was more of an ending - I felt that it was cut a bit short and ended a bit abruptly. Would have loved to see more of how things ended up for these two.
Will be putting Nikky Kaye on my to-read list and will look forward to more in this series!

Perfect strangers get in a naughty, sexy, fun situation that happens to be perfect for them. Headline: *squealing* I want more!
OH my god!!! This is seriously one the cutest, hottest, funniest books I have read. I LOVED it from the very first chapter. This is what I needed. The last few books I have read have been nice, but I needed something to make me smile and keep me smiling. This book did exactly that. Nathan and Zoe were so perfect together.
