Amber doesn't know how she ended up in a charity auction just weeks after the love of her life dumped her. When the winner of her company for the evening ends up being said ex Chase, her anger knows no bounds. Chase has walked around for weeks, empty inside. When he sees Amber up on that stage, he cannot let anyone else win her. This might be his only chance to set things right.

I have been a fan of Ms Kincaid for a while now and her foray into novellas hits all the marks. Sweet and sexy, a desperate man determined to win back his one and only, I couldn't help but devour every word. Chase and Amber pack a serious punch and now I am clamoring for more office romances from this talented lady! 5 stars for After Hours!

Amber and Chase's story in After Hours was a fantastic novella by Cass Kincaid. Chase is an extremely successful CEO, and Amber's boss. The two of them have had a very public relationship all along, and unfortunately a very public break up. Chase went running as soon as things got too serious, and he's regretted it ever since. Now, seeing her up there waiting to be auctioned off, he is ready and willing to do whatever it takes to win her back.

When Chase has his sights set on Amber, he makes sure that he doesn't hold back, and things heat up QUICK between these two in this scorching read.

I couldn't put this one down, and loved seeing Chase earn back the key to Amber's heart. Highly recommend After Hours!
