I love stories about married couples and the angst was delicious! Hero is dreamy, possessive and heroine is a sweetheart. No cheating, no other man, no other woman, totally safe. Cute couple and cute epilogue with 2 kids and pregnant heroine.

Another Jorgensen story that did not disappoint. Short, sweet and a man totally dedicated and head over heels for his woman.

Erik and his woman and everything, Lanie's story was absolutely amazing! This story has everything you want to read in a book; sexy as hell chemistry and intimate scenes ;), funny moments, some angst, definitely no cheating, obviously no condoms, great secondary characters, and definitely a guaranteed happily ever after that will leave you hanging on the edge of your seat because you loved this story and series so much, you'll waiting for the next read! These two ladies did an awesome job co-writing this story and I can't wait for the next one :) <3

Wow. What was this.
I am a sucker for after HEA stories but this.. I mean..
Rushed. I may have read it in like 5 minutes. The baby was basically thrown away the entire story with zero affection when it came to her existence.
Excessively weird exclamation marks.
Then the only thing remotely ohmyGod was Maddy and Leif's prospective romance..
I mean.. I got nothing to say except I got a headache with how this story started and just ended.

This was a quick pace read and idk if you need to read the other books to know some charas? unless you really don't care.
This one was abit hard because well Erik and Lanie are already married a couple who have shitty communication skills.. and or just "ill do it later."
Lanie thinks her husband is cheating on her with his secretary since he is coming home late and being hush hush. now being a grown ass adult WHY DIDNT SHE TALK TO HIM??? she let her emotions or whatever blind her in that when her husband has been nothing but faithful to her and he knows SHE IS HIS ONE!! as for Erik he is a dummy head also.. why he is being hush is cuz he is building his wife a surprise new house with his family.. he could have just said fuck it when he felt his wife pull away to just tell her or try to talk to her but him also didn't... -___- simple things that could have saved everyone time lol as for that 18 year old secretary she didn't even want Erik she has a crush on someone else.. and wasn't being mean or flirty nothing.. believe she's next with her story.

Erik & Lanie is book seven in the Jorgensen series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline entertaining. We briefly met Erik Jorgensen in a previous story of ChaShiree M. He was mentioned in Madelyn and the sheriff’s story. In this story, Erik and Lanie are already a happily married couple. When Erik arranges a surprise for his wife, he become secretive and Lanie becomes suspicious. She is determined that Erik is having an affair and is heartbroken. As she bottles things up, will Erik learn what’s up with Lanie and will Lanie like her surprise.
The chemistry between Lanie and Erik is clear to see and I like them as a couple. I just wish that there were more scenes of them as a couple. I wanted more of them after the misunderstandings were cleared up.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series. I need Tori and Kensie’s story now!

Erik has loved Lanie since the moment they met. Happily married now with a beautiful baby, he wants to give Lanie her dream house. While he is making that happen, Lanie feels like they are drifting apart and he is spending an awful lot of time at the office with the cute secretary. Erik feels like Lanie is keeping him at a distance. It has gone on too long and he is going to get answers one way or another. These two will learn that when you are a Jorgensen, the honeymoon is never over...
I so so loved Erik and Lanie's story! The fact that they were already married was awesome and unique. It was so cute that they both were in their own heads and not seeing the forest for the trees. This series is full of surprises, naughty ones and I look forward to more tales of the Modern Vikings, especially Sven. 5 stars for Erik and Lanie!

I totally enjoyed Erik and Lanie. My heart sank with what both Erik and Lanie were going through in their minds. Would they be able to make it through? They were each other's rocks but what was going on in their minds were making them distant from one another. These Jorgensen men always come through for their women. Also, I love how the family always helps each other out in situations. I totally loved when Erik got dominant with Lanie, it was hot, and when he was able to keep his surprise for her til the end. 5 stars once again ladies. Thank you.

Another great read by Chashiree Mixon and M.K. Moore. Erik wants to surprise his beautiful bride with an amazing gift. But things don't always go as planned, not when your wife is thinking crazy thoughts and acting irrationally. Add to the mix a beautiful secretary and a hot Sheriff. And what else can go wrong, it seems plenty. Who knew things would go from bad to worse with an innocent lunch. But luckily Erik is having none of that and wants to prove to his wife that she is the only one for him! This is a short, sexy read that will leave you wanting more!!

With Erik trying to surprise his love with a huge surprise, Lanie gets it in her head that Erik is falling out of love with her. In true Jorgensen style the Viking emerges and reclaims his woman. I can’t say enough, how much I Love this series, and love the sneak peaks into the other men of the Jorgensen clan. Can’t wait to see who’s story is next.

When you don’t get the facts straight and start coming up with ideas that aren’t true. Making judgments and accusations without having all the facts.. I felt what she was feeling because I have felt those.. only thing was mine came to reality where her’s were a figment of her hormonal imagination. I am glad they overcame the issues that rised up threatening to destroy their love.

What happens when you don’t communicate? A lot of misunderstandings and hurt feelings. I love Erik and Lanie. They are so perfect together BUT they seem to have forgotten that for a minute. Well... not THEY, but Lanie has. No spoilers but maybe she has a good reason for forgetting...I mean, mom brain is a real thing... you’ll have to read it and see

As I'm Reading their story it made me realise that life happens and in the midst of it all you tend to forget your personal life. But as we all know love conquer all, Erik and Lanie had a setback but they managed to make it. They love hard, they love well and they love sweetly, this is an amazing and an emotional book, well done!

Ow ow trouble in Jorgensen paradise.. but nothing major. Just your everyday drama. All is good in the Jorgensen/Mooshead world. Sweet short story on marital bliss and your daily marital drama. Still spark with few smutty goodness as per usual.

Wonderful story about having insecurities and lessons in commitment and true and lasting love. Their story is of how strong their relationship is and how with love and communication you can overcome any obstacle. Such a great book!

For a second there, I thought it was going to be over. I thought this was going to be the one story that wouldn’t have a happy ending. Thank goodness it wasn’t. These authors, and this family, never ceases to amaze me.

What a mind field of doubt and miscommunication these two have! Insecurities abound, it's as if theses lovebirds forget who their spouse is. As in usual fashion with this series, though, Erik and Lanie figure out that they are indeed bound to each other in every possible way. It is a beautiful little story!
